StanSP Posted 14 November 2010 Posted 14 November 2010 Welbeck makes it 3!! This is a superb performance from Sunderland. Went with all the odds against them and proved everyone wrong. I bet they go and lose at home next!
StanSP Posted 14 November 2010 Posted 14 November 2010 Finishes 3-0. No more than Sunderland deserve and could have been more in all honesty. Excellent performance.
Corky Posted 14 November 2010 Posted 14 November 2010 Sunderland were excellent, 17 attempts away from home, at the champions. 3-0 didn't flatter them.
StanSP Posted 14 November 2010 Posted 14 November 2010 Arsenal 2 points off Chelsea? And if you look at it another way, 13 points off relegation
Jimothy Posted 14 November 2010 Posted 14 November 2010 Where's Terry? Anyone else think Squillaci should have been sent off for possibly (?) being last man when Saha was through on goal? Nevertheless, Arsenal go up to second and are looking good. Chelsea could make it 12 consecutive wins against a single opponent if they win today, a Premier League record. Sunderland haven't picked up a point in 11 visits since 2001. Just seen that and the direction Saha was heading I would have said Clichy could have covered it. But Chamakh really should have scored. Shocking miss!
MC Prussian Posted 15 November 2010 Posted 15 November 2010 Weale howler vs Derby on MOTD2 credits . See - someone must know that he's Premier League standard...
Narborough_fox Posted 15 November 2010 Posted 15 November 2010 Weale howler vs Derby on MOTD2 credits . I cried myself to sleep after seeing it, again.
StanSP Posted 16 November 2010 Posted 16 November 2010 0 - Avram Grant has not spent a single day outside of the Premier League relegation zone since taking over at Portsmouth in Nov 2009. Grim.
StanSP Posted 16 November 2010 Posted 16 November 2010 There's no-one else like him. Unless your name's Nigel Quashie. Bound to be relegated if he's in your squad.
MikeyT Posted 20 November 2010 Posted 20 November 2010 How the fook did Nasri score that! Super finish wasn't it!
Ashley Posted 20 November 2010 Posted 20 November 2010 Great goal by Samri Nasri, Gomes could of done better and I don't know who the defender was running back but why didn't he slide to try and block the shot?
Jimothy Posted 20 November 2010 Posted 20 November 2010 Great goal by Samri Nasri, Gomes could of done better and I don't know who the defender was running back but why didn't he slide to try and block the shot? It was Assou-Ekotto. He follows Nasri, but he's a yard behind. He should have realised the ball was either going to go for a goal-kick or Nasri would get a shot in, and ran straight for the line. In the end he had to chase the ball and was too late getting there to clear it. Poor defending.
ScouseFox Posted 20 November 2010 Posted 20 November 2010 2-0, good break away, Chamakh got across his man and scored.
sdb Posted 20 November 2010 Posted 20 November 2010 Assou-Ekotto is a weak link in that side. I've said it for years. Lennon is too atm, he's in one of his poor-form spells that he has for about 7 months every season
