Well I hope they choose someone who has a quiet and reserved nature, we wouldn't want them disturbing anyone. tongue.png

Ooooh it's our chance to get an INSIDE man!! Any people with relevant experience who we can bribe??

I've been working as a sports journalist on a freelance basis for an independant Mixed Martial Arts & Boxing website but have no relevent degree.

I'll apply for the job and we'll see where we go!!

I would take bribes :thumbup: . Unfortunately my two degrees are not in media or journalism... but they could be :ph34r:

Sounds like the perfect opportunity for Fez.

Piece of cake for a job if you don't mind following the party line.

Great chance to make lasting contacts within the game and to enjoy the glamour of being associated with a half-decent football set-up.

I remember a friend of mine, Tony Green, writing off and being offered the job as assistant secretary at Chelsea. He loved it and never looked back. He'd previously been secretary of a local side, Kings Athletic, whoever they were! lol

I'll only be really interested when I see the words;

I really appreciate the thoughts but I don't think it's quite right for a fan. The ugly inside and all that. Maybe one day. I've got a job I'm extremely happy with and I'm able to do all my writing on the side as a nice pastime.

Sure - but go for it anyway, the interview process would likely be quite a laughable experience...... think of it as a free tour of the club by the 'all new' directorate........... do a piece of under cover journalism on the interview process and the club as an 'equal opps' employer lol

Haha... I think anyone considering applying would have to be sure they could accept the terms and conditions for the rewards on offer. Professionalism requires it all the time.

Okay I didn't always act professionally cos, yes, I did put a brand new office car in a banger race without asking the editors permission! But hell, I was young, I was impulsive and he did get a decent story!. lol

I've a degree in media, and I'm sure if I offered Histon FC £10 they would claim I worked for them for a few years, they are that desperate.....

This job is in the bag

I would apply but i doubt they would employ a 17 year old with only a GCSE in English :/

Judging by some aspects of City's media service I assumed that's the norm! lol
