rams r4 sh*ggin Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 ok so here it is for those out there that love conspiracys citys mystery investor could it be a figure from our past?, a high profile person? or the in hiding Thaksin Shinawatra??? (this should be fun)
StanSP Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 This isn't a conspiracy. These are just questions.
Dan Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 It should be fun, it's just a shame it absolutely won't be. Far too many names to guess, and it will not be Shinawatra, if it was I think I'd go and support Hinckley.
jonthefox Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 It would make a change to have a dodgy chairman
cc_star Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 It 100% certainly ISN'T Thaksin Shinawatra Our mysterious investment group backs the current Thai government who rose up against Shinawatra's government.
Guest Bilo Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 It 100% certainly ISN'T Thaksin Shinawatra Our mysterious investment group backs the current Thai government who rose up against Shinawatra's government. Rebels. I like it.
hackneyfox Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 One of the investors may well be from City's past ;-)
jonw88 Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 One of the investors may well be from City's past ;-) Emile Ivanhoe will donate a 5 figure sum, and become player-chairman?
mancunianfox Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 Emile Ivanhoe will donate a 5 figure sum, and become player-chairman? Could solve our centre back problem too....
Jackirius Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 It 100% certainly ISN'T Thaksin Shinawatra Our mysterious investment group backs the current Thai government who rose up against Shinawatra's government. I thought Vichai was a red shirt though along with Tas Sin...?
cc_star Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 I thought Vichai was a red shirt though along with Tas Sin...? I could be completely wrong, I just heard some of the more shadowy figures in the background, had helped bankroll the people who had unseated Tas Sin
hackneyfox Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 Didn't Davie G hear that the other 'foreign' investor may have pulled out. 'citys mystery investor could it be a figure from our past' may not be an investor of course.
Jackirius Posted 6 October 2010 Posted 6 October 2010 I could be completely wrong, I just heard some of the more shadowy figures in the background, had helped bankroll the people who had unseated Tas Sin Na i'm pretty sure he is in Tha Sin's 'Old' party. I think Vichai used to be his number two aswell and had a good relationship ... But i'm no professional on Thai politics so i'm probably talking shit.
