I've got a few ideas but there not very ethical and possibley illegal.

Look in your local paper there always after people to put letters in envelopes and stuff like that you do it at home for money. Never done it but i heard it is easy just mind numbing.

Intriguing, I wish to learn more :P

I had an idea of a graphic design business, but nobody will use it.

I used to do online surveys during uni mainly GlobalTestMarket.

But it's only worth it if you do them a lot otherwise we're talking pennies. Used to get me £100 every other month, nice bit of beer money.

So it's not a scam? I always thought it was.

Graphic design is worth a go, always people out there that want it and won't pay agency, or even freelance rates, if you charged like 7-8/hour and you are half decent you should pick some bits up

Can't speak for any of the other sites but GlobalTestMarket was legit, would take 2-3 weeks to get the cheque but always cleared fine

A friends brother did this over here in North Carolina. showed alot of ingenuity i thought.

He spent a while collecting everyones old towels.

He managed to get hold of an old portable sheep dip type thing ( we live near the country)

He then bought some strong flea dip from the local farm supply store. Needed alot. wasnt cheap.

Waited for a hot day and then charged people $25 to flea dip their dog and then towel dry them. Loads of dogs round here made $300 profit in one day. did it often during the summer people kept asking him when he was going to do it again..... dog grooming places charge $65 arouynd here for a clip and flea dip...

he's onto a winner....

valuedopinions.co.uk is alright to use as a survey site.

As also mentioned previously, car-washing is good too.

Have you used the survey site before mate? If so, is it a ok (ish) way of getting some cash?

Yeah use it quite a lot and they send you surveys (ranging from 50p - £5) virtually every day.

And I've just realised if you're looking for cash-in-hand, then this isn't the site for you as once you reach £10 you get online vouchers instead for sites like HMV, Tesco, Amazon amongst others.

Personally that's great for me. Did it take you long to start getting like £10-20 worth of vouchers mate?

Took me a while to get in to it, but I think once you do more and more surveys, it seems to boost your profile (which you can edit so you can personalise which surveys they offer you more invites for).

I think every now and then you automatically get entered in to a prize draw to win £250; but in the time I've been on this site (around a year or so) I haven't won that!

Site's recently gone through a little update and modernisation so it looks brand new :)

Yeh, it looks quite professional. Never knew anyone who has had vouchers or money off of the websites. How much (in vouchers) do you think you have earned in the year mate?

About £80 roughly. Usually around £10 a month but obviously some months I've been away or lack of surveys.

Earned me a lot of free stuff from Amazon though. That's the main voucher I choose cos i shop a lot at Amazon.
