Andy KING has played 141 games for LCFC so far (16 as sub) and scored 32 goals - thats a goal every 4.4 games on average. Good stats, which i know dont show everything but are a good indication of KINGY being a good player

Hello everybody.

Just wondering how Andy King is progressing. Am i right in thinking he's captain at the moment?

I've watched him progress at Wales Senior, U'21 level and below, and in my eyes is looking really good for the future.

Although i imagine you have the best view on his progress seeing him in action every week

Cheers.

Nice try Gary Speed

The amount of games he's played, the amount of goals he's scored and the fact that he captains the side regularly know tells you all you need to know.

He's a vital member of our team and I hope Kingy's here for years to come.

Do you think King is better in a 3 man midfield? Where he can roam a bit more, and others dig into tackles?

I seen his goal Vs Leeds, wow. Also noticed that he scores alot of headers. 9 goals from midfield, could you see him being swept up by a Prem team at this stage?

What would you value his transfer at.

He's definitely better in a three man midfield. He is especcialy adept at making late runs into the box which is exetremely hard for the opposition to track, and he is also one of the most clinical finishers I've seen in a long time. However he isn't exactly the 'complete midfielder' due to his lack of balls in the tackle and the fact that as mentioned, he often goes missing in matches. Playing him with two others who can break up play and distribute it well suits King perfectly as it allows him to do what he's best at.

Definitely not a prem player atm in my eyes. He would get bullied and quicker, more tactically aware prem players would stop his runs. He does however have the potential to become one, at 22 he is still a great prospect. Hopefully he won't get stars in his eyes and take a prem offer too quickly if one comes along because he needs to mature playing game in game out first.
