Who do we need to move on in January?

Exactly - we need players that know this league. We need to sign players from champ clubs (hard i know!) - but when was the last time LCFC made a signing of a player we'd all heard of?

Logan (I just think there's better back up)

Oakley may go (due to competition from abe, king and wellens and his age)

N'guessan (pobably another loan move)

Waghorn (don't really want him to go, just heard rumours of a QPR loan)

As for crncic I won't shoot a bullet without seeing him play.

And maybe some young lads out on loan

As much as I'd like to see Lamey & Neilson go... they both can't because of Naughton backup

We need a pacey forward like james vaughan or a big one whos a target man a better quicker steve howard sign one up for around 2m or maybe more

We need to definetley sign kyle naughton for about 2.5m

i think sven will keep lamey and nielson as back up for RB for now. he could always sell and sign new RB's but from the looks of it he seems to be concentrating on signing a goalkeeper and striker

someone quicker than howard....like bednar (admittedly and unfortunately didnt cut the mustard in the short time he was here)

I'd like to see us get a replacemen for Steve Howard.

What can he do?? He has awful control, can't jump (fact), can't head (never scores with his noggin), terrible at shooting and my 88 year old gran has more pace.

I know he's meant to be a good lad but thats not enough we need to build for the future, he is to old now and needs to go and finish off banging some in in League 2.

Whoever said Abe and Gallagher need to go - really hope that was a joke.

If we consider the brand of football Sven is trying to implement - stylish and solid play, with quick passing going forward and moving into space as quickly as possible - it just doesn't compute with some of the current squad. Neilson is not technically good enough, but should stay until we have another right-back to understudy to Naughton should we sign him. How Lamey ever became a professional footballer is beyond me. As much as I love Steve Howard, he does not tick any boxes for improving the quality of the team. Too slow, not enough technique, touch and pass both lacking. It's sad but true. However he should also stay until the end of the season and consider his future at that time.

Everybody else is fine with me until any more signings are introduced. Although if we shape up as I predict we will, the midfielders and forwards are going to have to be happy to be part of a squad, all work together to contribute when they can and be prepared to do their bit of benchwarming when necessary.

Lamey, Moreno, Oakley & Howard should go.

Howard has potentially one last pay day in him and could perhaps do a job in Lg1 - he certainly can't do a job for us and isn't even worthy of a place on our bench.

Similarly, Oakley will be able to do a job for someone but doesn't offer us anything.

I think we just have to go our separate ways with Moreno - Its just not worked out between him & us, and there is no way Lamey is a professional footballer in a million years.

If we're to surge towards the play-off these players offer nothing & if we're to struggle to get out of mid-table we need to build for next year and none of these players would figure in a side aiming for automatic promotion next year, so get rid of the bloat now.
