That's a load of cock really :( So who would they have paid to get out of having the generic one? :S

Just because they're rich they shouldn't be allowed to buy themselves out of agreements like that. (If this license is correct as you say)

Other clubs have done similar it seems (man u/chelseas etc). It seems a very elitist.

Why are you complaining?

The owners are paying millions to give their fans free highlights and access to behind the scenes for zilch.

Would you rather the fans be mugged off?

They even stream friendlies free of charge in the pre season.

de jong is a dirty little fooker...stamped on Richie's hand right in front of where I was sitting then kicked him in the ribs - twat

we all think hes misunderstood, if you look at the replay he didnt mean to do it.

thats just my opinion of course, if you dont agree then thats fine haha.

nigel de jong is our most important player.... he is unfortunatley misunderstood after the world cup final incident which was an awful tackle... but its not like stevie g has ever don anything like that. but when gerrard does something bad its just patched over by the media but when de jong or any city player do anything like that.... there is a full on witch hunt and the incident is on a 24 hour loop on sly sports for about a month

rant over haha :)

anyway good luck in gettin promotion :D

uve got the right man

De jong is scum, there's no doubt about it. As well as the WCF he's broken 3 players legs and he wouldn't give two ****s if he ended a players career.

On the stevie g note, i think he's a fantastic player and i love his style but he's a sly, dirty **** sometimes. He'll put his boot in and disguise it as well as ones like the challenge against united.

stevie g is much worse than NDJ.... he just gets away easily... the one against the rags was bad but also carrick jumped in with both feet at the same time just gerrard caught carrick....... and NDJ hanst broke 3 players legs??? holden 2 yr ago.... tht was a bad tackle

and ben arfa (good tackle just unfortunate)

i see you have jumped on talk sport and sky sports bandwagon then

Don't really see much of either of them tbh, it's just my opinion of a player who goes around the pitch with no disregard for players safety. Granted the ben arfa challenge was a little unlucky but the guy just doesn't think.

Edit: Probably can't call it a bandwagon when he's getting dropped from his own national team for this reason either.

you'd love him at leicester tho ;)

Sorry but De Jong is a dirty scumbag. Not saying Gerrard can't be either.

We've got our own dirty bastard and his name is Richie Wellens

I really wouldn't. The same could be said for barton, van bommel chris morgan, el hadj diouf et al.

:giggle:

Yeh he's a very good player, I'd go as far as to see he's our most important player apart from King.

I see some are having a pop at de Jong for accidentally treading on Wellens fingers. Get a grip. He is far from dirty. In fact, he is one of the best tacklers I have ever seen and reads the game unbelievably well. yes we all remember the World Cup final, but a mistimed tackle on Holden (hardly a serious break) and a great tackle on Ben Arfa (watch it again and see Ben Arfa pussy out of the 50-50 thus resulting in injury) does not make him a dirty player. Anyway, I won't go on cause there's really no need. You ought to watch him regularly.

I'm not sure how many we'll have at the ground for the replay but I'm hoping for a decent turn out. My mate says your tickets are selling well. Do you think you'll sell out your allocation?

By the way, I think Yakubu is a cracking signing and I can definitely see him bagging a fair few if he gets some good service, which I'm sure he will. Is he eligible for Tuesday? Unfortunately Dzeko isn't and Balotelli is out for a few weeks.

I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday and the best of luck to you.

I agree that was an accident and I think people are overreacting but I can't agree that he's not a dirty player.

Anyways, I'm not gonna hate you guys for it, we've had dirty players before and we'll have them again.

Good luck after the replay, I just hope we do ourselves justice again

My thoughts exactly, the discussion was just prompted by that incident. Nothing to do with you guys, I just dislike him as a player.

Anyway, it could be a completely different story back at your place. I was worried about the original tie so I hope the lads put in a performance again :scarf:

May the best team win and all that jazz, lets hope for another cracker

You are more than entitled to your opinion so fair enough I respect that.

I think it will be another good game I just hope it doesn't take too much out of us, or you for that matter. We're in the mix for the title and you will be in the mix for the playoffs I think. How have Leicester been setting up on the road? Same formation and tactics as at home or a little bit more withdrawn?

Is the Yak eligible then? I'll give predicitng our team another go seeing as I wasn't too accurate with last Sunday's prediciton.

Hart

Zabaleta

Kompany

Lescott

Kolarov

Vieira

Milner

Barry

Johnson

Silva

Tevez

We've been setting up quite similarly away to what we do at home. Personally I think that is why we've had a disappointing away record; we've been too irresponsible and should be keeping things a lot tighter.

Yakubu is not eligible (I believe), same as Dzeko, they weren't registered more than 12 hours before the original tie.

Like you've showed in your line up, I think Mancini will go for a close to full strength line up this time round and I can see this being a massive problem away from home. I think the only chance we have of getting something is playing how you did against arsenal; tucking the wingers in to accomodate a deep 5 man midfield that limits the space between them and the back 4.

Don't know if its been mentioned but is the man city replay on espn?

It's been mentioned and yes it is.
