To all the Ricardo haters out their, don't even start trying to blame him for the goals, the defence was shocking tonight bar Naughton. Yuki had a good game, nobody else turned up. Dissapointment central

I was Steve from Melton,

Yakubu doeslook like he isn't bothered, He is a class player and he would rip this league apart if he tried harder,

everyone played poor imo, no stand out player!

Yes, which is why I'm following your lead and going to Oz within the next few months!

I had no choice i was born here to Australian Parents.......But i lasted 3 weeks in Leicester when i planned to stay 12 months to depressing for my liking.

Now this was a truly shocking game, and this in many aspects.

I'm still a fan of his, but over the course of the past couple of league games, I've started to question Sven-Göran Eriksson's state of mind.

Today, there was once more no urgency going forward.

Four bloody central midfielders eating up each other's space in the middle, no assistance on the flanks.

Oakley should've never even let near the pitch in the first place.

Andy King - Thracian, where art thou? Did our Welsh International actually ever show up?

Why was Vassell left on the left side on his own without any help whatsoever?

Where were our players demanding the ball? Everyone was somewhere else, but not on the pitch today.

Fickle fans putting the blame on Ricardo once more, when the entire team played like a bunch of ****ing amateurs.

Where was the Boo Brigade when the smallest player on the pitch was allowed to score from a header (!!!), eh?

I'm sure this was the keeper's fault, too...

When Gallagher came on, I thought we could change it around and give Norwich the game they really deserved.

Instead, Sven plays him in the centre!!! What's Gallagher doing in the middle of the park?

And what's this ****ing sideways, backwards passing style good for again? Fancy accumulating percentage points for the stats?

Wasting time??? Wake up Sven, we were 3-1 down with more than 30 minutes to go, but just like against QPR, do **** all productive with the ball.

Tame, lame shots on goal when some could be arsed.

Sorry Sven, your poor starting formation has a lot to answer for. You never change a winning team!

But you did - and you can't even admit that it was down to your selection that we never had a chance in the first place.

We were on a great winning run, but you go chicken, change the formation and there you go.

That was one side of it and the other one was a ref-assistant duo that desperately needs two pairs of new glasses.

Hoolahan's penalty? You're having a laugh. The Irish midget falls down more easily than a bag of rice in China.

The referee is not sure at all and hesitates for about half a minute, before he accepts the lino's opinion (which was false).

This sorry excuse for a sideline official got several offsides wrong.

I don't know how he does it, but Sven has to get confidence back up.

After tonight's performance, the players need a good talking to, maybe some extra shifts in shooting,

and Sven himself maybe a fairy that can convince him to go back to a proper 4-4-2 or 4-3-3, put Oakley in the reserves

and play two bloody wingers from the start!

sadly 23.000 fans can see how shit we are with ricardo but the one man who is in charge can't

Why, what did he play like?

There's your evidence that 442 dont work with these players.

As for Ricardo hatred, embarassed to be in the stadium with them.

I actually felt sorry for him today after the penalty, wasnt to blame for any of the goals but got pretty much all the stick for them

Just got back, we were really poor second half but they weren't exactly world beaters. Penalty looked dubious especially the exaggerated way he fell, first goal the smallest man on the pitch getting a free header is unforgivable. Seemed to go downhill even more when we made changes and we ended up just playing in front of them and trying to force it.

Everyone clamours for Waghorn to come on, but the ball doesn't stick up front when he plays, Vassell wins headers and holds it up for others to join the attack, especially in the first half.

The idiots booing Ricardo after their third goal need to take a long hard look at themselves. The shot was going to be a comfortable save to his left, Mee jumped in front of the shot and it hit his leg and went inside the near post, there was nothing he could do about it, and it was embarrasing hearing people calling for Weale when he did nothing wrong. In fact he had a good game to me, his long kicks aren't always perfect but he oozes composure and confidence when he has the ball at his feet unlike most keepers who bottle it and hoof it as hard as they can. He made some smart saves and when he came out knocked it past their striker and calmly played a pass was brilliant. If you want to see a dodgy keeper performance they should have been watching Ruddy in the Norwich goal, who slipped after every kick and almost gifted us a goal in the first half.

Naughton and Abe were the only two outfield players to come out with any real credit. Naughton took their players on and never stopped showing desire and energy. Likewise with Abe who very rarely gave the ball away and was his usual energetic self.

The formation didn't work today, Berner was too isolated and couldn't stop their right side from getting past him, he put in a couple of decent balls, but he showed why he is out of the team. We lacked width which was obvious because of the formation but the midfield did not help support the full backs in attack enough. Yakubu started off really brightly but then started to get crowded out. If we don't create chances for him then he isn't going to score but he looks more comfortable with someone alongside him.

All in all a poor performance and confirms we are in a real blip after our great start to the year which we could never realistically keep up. Bright spots were Wellens celebration, and Gally scored a beauty of a free kick although it was too late.

I honestly thought we may get a win tonight so i am extremely disappointed with the result..

We seem to have picked the worst possible time to start playing iffy or luck just not being there.. I do worry if the amount of loanees could be a reason as lets face it having as many as we have is a risk if they are all pulling in the same direction and that's fighting for LCFC and not there pay cheque and new club next season, it was always a little worry for me and if Bert's hint was to go by anything we may well see another loanee come in after this defeat.. Yes the quality is there in these loanees but like i said it was always a little worry for me

I am a little miffed with recent team changes, i won't lie....but i am still trying to be positive, there is a slim chance we can scrape a play-off place but it's very unlikely now.. I just hope we don't totally wimper out now and we fight all the way because as seen football is a funny old game and you just never know

Well, well, well.

We really only have ourselves to blame.

Too many missed chances in the first half cost us dearly.

Yakubu and King both putting free headers over the bar, King driving an effort wide when he really should have tested the keeper.

Having said that Norwich came here and looked very organised and solid without the ball and when the did get it they sprayed it out to the wings to find the space due to us playing FOUR central midfielders. Crazy.

we wasnt good enough, beaten my the better team; who showed more heart....won the second balls and wanted it more. all credit to them.

Tho I thought it wasnt a penalty, he went down easier than a prostitute.

Its not directed at all the callers, a few made excellent points! But the ones who come one saying i haven't seen Ricardo make one good save. Well i have! Unfortunately I am stuck in manchester tonight, so i couldn't make the game. But my mate said to me who was there...

"Overall poor game mate, Defence was really disjointed, Bamba struggled to contain Hoult, and we lacked any kind of real flair or determination. On the other hand can't blame Ricardo for the three goals, the defence left him exposed far to easily. It's not over yet but we have one hell of a fight up".

So i apologise to those callers for using the word ****** I shouldn't have I'm just Pissed off like everyone else.

can hardly blame ricardo..

a penalty and a defelction(which he had completly covered otherwise)

why on earth sven changed it all again though i dont know..

is Bruma injured??

imagine everyone will still say nothing wrong with oakley in them either..

we were poor tonight and were never in the game, biggest shock was how we managed to score 2 goals !!!!!!! norwich by far the hardest working tema that been at walkers this season.

ricardo is gash

yakubu is lazy

and we lack imagination all over the park. never in the game and sure wont be in playoffs at end of season.....

I want to hear more from the people forming opinions on players from RL rather than all you tossers who have just got back from actually watching. <_<

Last 4 games, everything has deserted us. Composure, urgency, skill, passing, finishing, luck.

We had a mountain to climb and we came real close but no cigar. Next year hopefully we wont have such a rubbish start.

One thing I would say is, alot of people are saying we can't beat teams at the top but this season we have wins over Swansea, Cardiff, Forest and Leeds all of which are in the top 6?

We are good enough but on any given day just as we can beat these teams they can beat us. That's why they're at the top.

I just hope that the season doesnt fizzle into us finishing 13th or something daft.
