SOCCERROO FOX Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 "Rudderligion" The religion of the the Dutch Rudder
BoneDog Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 Religion is just a way of making weak idiots with no self awareness give all they`ve got, to a bunch of none believing fuds... *RING-A-DING* ............ WAKEY WAKEY !..... Do pedo Priests believe ? Lets not go here...... O_o I've got to disagree with the 'weak idiots with no self awareness' arguement. Alot of the religious people I know are some of the strongest minded and brightest people I've met. Yes there are alot of crazy and violent idiots involved in most religions, and religions also get hijacked by powerful people, but in their true form I think that all of the religions are amazing and peaceful things with alot to offer.
BoneDog Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 "Rudderligion" The religion of the the Dutch Rudder I think there are already over 200 followers of that religion on this site alone!
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 I think there are already over 200 followers of that religion on this site alone! I'm trying to design a place of worship as we speak, but all my designs are cross between and seedy nite club and a brothel
Fox1651 Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 Gosh I didn't realise.. I am pretty new to all this message board discussion stuff. I thought pretty much any legal topic was ok for use... I'd better apologise in advance SORRYYYYY im a jedi knight
ajthefox Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 Religion interests me but I have to say I'm very much on the fence, or at least on one side but peering over it. I understand why people are religious and each to their own I say. My grandma passed away recently and her religion was what made her who she was and I admire and love her so much for that, but me? I couldn't do what she did. I don't believe in God the creator, Adam and Eve etc but I question how many people of this time I actually do when there are fossils dating back much further than figures from religous books. Having said all that, I am very much an agnostic not an atheist because if you think about the big bang and the universe etc you can question the validity of it all because we can never truly know. And if I'm honest, I have actually prayed before. To what I don't know, but I'd like to think there is something beyond this life as much as what I know doubts anything other than an eternal sleep.
Finnegan Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 These are the cutest quadrupeds Get the fuck out, you blasphemous tempter of innocents.
Finnegan Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 when you look around at how beautiful this planet and everything on it is, it kind of makes any other explanation look pretty feeble. I'm sorry but what? I'm actually not a hardcore atheist, I'd probably describe myself as agnostic. I fully accept that something beyond our current understanding of physics must have occurred to "create" the circumstance for our universe to happen and I don't see the sense in ruling out the possibility that that was some life-form infinitely more powerful than ourselves. But people STILL using the above as the basis for their argument? Come on. Have you ever seen an angler fish or monk fish? Or a welwitschia? Hell, or even a common slug? And it's not like geographically the world's all glaciers and stunning outcrops, either. Shit, have you ever seen Texas? (Or Coventry?) There are some beautiful and/or amazing things in the world but that doesn't make them the product of intelligent design. Because if they are, what the fuck was going on when the hamster was made? Or the dodo? And don't get me started on our alleged creator's biggest bloody balls up of all:
davieG Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 If the world is so complex to have needed a creator, who/what created the creator?
Finnegan Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 If the world is so complex to have needed a creator, who/what created the creator?
Finnegan Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 I consider that extremely offensive. If that image is not removed I will be forced to declare Holy War on Foxes Talk.
Guest Bilo Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 If the world is so complex to have needed a creator, who/what created the creator? And what created the creator of the creator? Not to mention the creator of the creator of the creator? Actually I disagree with Sosban that it was a camel, I believe it was a llama named Steven. He's the one we should all be worshipping. In Steven's name, Llamen.
Fosse Boy Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 Reading this thread has got me thinking about classic Primary School hymns (weird how our school paid its dues to Christianity seeing as we were the only non-denominational school in town). Sing along... Who put the colours in the rainbow? Who put the salt into the sea? Who put cold into the snowflake? Who made you and me? Who put the hump upon the camel? Who put the neck on the giraffe? Who put the tail upon the monkey? Who made hyenas laugh? Who made whales and snails and quails? Who made dogs and hogs and frogs? Who made rats and bats and cats? Who made ev'rything? Who put the gold into the sunshine? Who put the sparkle in the stars? Who put the silver in the moonlight? Who made Earth and Mars? Who put the scent into the roses? Who taught the honey bee to dance? Who put the tree inside the acorn? It surely can't be chance! Who made seas and leaves and trees? Who made snow and winds that blow? Who made streams and rivers flow? GOD MADE ALL OF THESE
MikeyT Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 And what created the creator of the creator? Not to mention the creator of the creator of the creator? Actually I disagree with Sosban that it was a camel, I believe it was a llama named Steven. He's the one we should all be worshipping. In Steven's name, Llamen. Haha!

Wycombe Fox Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 And don't get me started on our alleged creator's biggest bloody balls up of all: At least she looks like she might have a bit of class. Sosban Fach, I give you the alleged creator's true balls-up
MikeyT Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 At least she looks like she might have a bit of class. Sosban Fach, I give you the alleged creator's true balls-up Oh my God, that's hideous!!!!
FoxyPV Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 At least with Katie Price you know what you are getting and not sold a false sense of security.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 I think you will find that KP is mostly made by human hands. Can't blame god for her.
Finnegan Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 Steven may take any form of the family Camelidae; be it camel, dromedary, llama or alpaca. Steven is all powerful. At least she looks like she might have a bit of class. Sosban Fach, I give you the alleged creator's true balls-up I meant humans in general, to be fair, not just uniquely Paris Hilton.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 I meant humans in general, to be fair, not just uniquely Paris Hilton. That reminds me of a Far Side cartoon where good accidentally tips a jar of humans over into the Earth and goes, "uho!" This isn't it, but it's close.
Guest Bilo Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 In which case this blasphemous shit needs taking off the internet. Absolute outrage. I will declare a fatwa if the good name of Steven is not respected.
