If we're talking about transfers, it's not who he has signed, but who he hasn't signed that's the problem. And I don't just mean Nicky Maynard. It's not all about individuals though, we've got some good players out there but no unit and very little attempt to play good football. It all looks very 'just go out there and try and gel' without any real organisation idea of how they want to play.

Before someone states that West Brom and Newastle had players with prem quality it was because they were relegated with them aswell!!!

Personally i thought he had a decent game, his passing to the midfield in the second half was decent, then when he made the mistake his head dropped, get off his f'ing back man! First post btw.
