The only conclusion I can draw from all this surrounds Stringers phone call to MON, surely if O'Neil doesnt want to manage LCFC again then what better person to tell than Stringer? But rather than tell him he didnt want the job he just chose to say he didnt want to comment.....................Draw your own conclusions, I know what mine are!

Mon's mobile went twice in 10 mins before boarding flight to heathrow. Landed at 3:30 and new manager is at KP now. Mon won't say yes or no when telephoned by bbc Anyone confirm this?

I don't think therefore we pin our hopes too much on MON reaction to Stringer - sadly
