ScouseFox Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 For the record I didn't mean reliable in terms of he knows what's going on, I meant you can rely on him to try and find stuff out! Someone's got to.
chesterfox Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Would welcome this. He has unfinished business here This soh is the only thing keeping me sane - ty :dunno:
Ric Flair Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Interesting that the manager is being interviewed at the ground and not in London where the Thai's have conducted many of their talks with prospective managers. This to me suggests it's not an interview and more concluding the details of the contract etc. Hopefully it'll be resolved one way or another tonight/tomorrow. I dread to think who it is though. Hoping it's Hughes.

lcfc_sam_p Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 It surely can't be an interview. If it was an interview they wouldn't have said there would be an announcement tomorrow as the interview could be unsuccessful
JoJo1981 Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 The Charity Event got cancelled much earlier today... thought that was a bit fishy!
Ric Flair Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Exactly Stopper, chairmen and owners don't interview managers at the ground anymore for fear of it getting leaked. I mean, it's bad enough at it is, even if they met up the Little Chef in Cartmel, let alone down the KP. This is imminent. Finners, it's gotta be Hughes we deserve it!!!!!! But it'll be John Beck or Vinnie Samways.
dannythefox Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Why would the interview there unless the deal is done and there just going to sign on the dotted line and have photos etc?
Guest Bilo Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 As an 'interview' it wouldn't be a bog standard affair would it? If, by some miracle, it happened to be MON he could spend half an hour scratching his bollocks and mumbling answers at Top, he'd still get the job. I think, like Ric, that this is a mere formality for whoever it is. If he has a beard of insanity he can GTF though.

STUHILL Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 Yup, this seems like more of an agreeing terms stage now. I think and hope it will be Hughes. Makes sense if the rumours of his interviews earlier in the week are true. Ties in with the other official candidates pulling out too as our owners have made a decision etc Praying for MON but life isnt that good folks. Hughes is the next best option Billy Davies not unlikely though......
flowwolf Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 SPARKY MARKY'S BLUE AND WHITE ARMY \o/ He's worth appointing just for the chant ! :celebrate: :appl: :appl: :appl:
Bangbangboom Posted 3 November 2011 Posted 3 November 2011 10 minutes ago someone was going to be announced tomorrow.......now someone is being interviewed as we speak....... Those things don't exactly go hand in hand do they?
