Hull refuse us permission to approach Pearson

I have just read most of these, they are all of the same general subject and that is of a scam involving an interpreter and the thai police and a 'charge' they are making to avoid prosecution for alledged shoplifting at duty free shops (owned by king power) at the airport. It doesnt really indicate any corruption at King Power, at the very worst it hints that King Power may turn a blind eye as they dont ask police what happened to the alledged shoplifters or wonder why their staff are not called to testify. King Power do now have CCTV in the duty free shops and in one of these cases they did put the CCTV footage on the company's website and this does show 'suspicious' activity by the tourists.

Overall i think its a little harsh saying King Power is corrupt, well on the evidence of the links you posted anyway.

Shock horror, seenitall posts twisted facts, lies and guesses to smear the owners. He's like a conspiracy theorist, all guess work and no facts.

What we know as a fact:

They fired Sousa - Correct decision

They hired Sven - Incorrect decision

They fired Sven - Currently Debatable

Seem's more like police corruption than anything else from what i have read thus far, having worked in security myself i know that once you hand over to the police or security authority outside your shop you lose track of what has or is happening in regard's to cases.

I helped to arrest two violent shop lifter's who we're into drug abbuse outside topshop in gallowtree gate back in the nineties and never heard anything of what happened to them after the police took a statement and the goods they attempted to take, i'm ignorant to this day of what happened afterward's :dunno:

I also know that shop manager's are insular and on one occasion did steal from their own store

Exactly my point of view.

The first thing you need to make at least the PO's is an organised team, not good players though that is a bonus.

Organised alone can help you succeed, NP with money to spend would be a formula for success in my opinion.

Hear, hear. I mean, we all love O'Neill's sides but really... Impey? Taggart? Guppy? Marshall? Oakes? Hardly world beaters on their own, were they? Together, they were awesome. Imagine what Pearson would do with this squad.

Exactly.

Norwich didnt have many better players than us last season, on paper anyway, but they went up because they fought for each other and were a real TEAM.

People took the piss (including me) out of Wayne Brown and especially McGivern and Neilson, yet these players were in a PO team. Dont have to be good players to do well, just have to be hard to beat and organised.

read this, lots of words so brace yourselves - nothing to do with the scam (which is allegedly started by KP security guards, not the police) - they are quite possibly not corrupt in any way I accept, but there is a smell of fish around here (and its not from my trousers)

Babylon, we will never see eye to eye, you love the current owners and I am happy for you to do that - I am not homophobic so less of the bum boy business please and do try to accept there are other opinions than yours

The rest of you, as I say, believe what you want to believe - the new guys are performing poorly IMO, if you are happy then we are different

How? You have yet to explain in any coherent way what you think they have done badly.
