Mack Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 So there we go. Now we know. The ball is in Pearson's court now.
Mack Posted 6 November 2011 Author Posted 6 November 2011 It's standard procedure. Now it's up to Pearson, if he wants to come back all he needs to do is go to Hull's chairman and tell them he wants out. Compo will be agreed and he will be on his way. source? Sky sports
CloudFox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Bizarre decision. Surely they had some hand in his leaving the first time, so why would he trust them to come back? This also suggests that most other attempts and applications have failed if 2 weeks on they are just asking for permission to speak to an employed manager. Come on Top, get this sorted please!

Agree, this is turning into a farce...

Pearson left because he had a massive bust up with Lee Hoos. Hoos is no longer in the employment of the club, so that issue it resolved.

Mack Posted 6 November 2011 Author Posted 6 November 2011 http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11714/7295084/Tigers-deny-Pearson-permission How many pearson threads?? This is concrete news not bullshit.
Phube Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Happy Fox will be suicidal. He'll have to change his Username to Un-Happy Fox...
Happy Fox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 He'll have to change his Username to Un-Happy Fox... Never! Although I am disappointed we didn't get MON I am certainly not crying about it.
Fox92 Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Just watching Sky Sports News now, and yeah, it's on the breaking news ticker, they have rejected the request As above though, the ball is in Pearson's court now. If he is really interested in the job, he will surely walk out of Hull...
lcfcsnow Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 This sadly just confirms our owners haven't got a clue
Captain... Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 This is concrete news not bullshit. I wouldn't call it concrete Sky sources understand Hull City have denied Championship rivals Leicester permission to speak to manager Nigel Pearson. Still nothing official from either Leicester or Hull. It does sound more reliable than most of what has been posted on here, but it is far from concrete.
Guest Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 This is concrete news not bullshit. Why is it concrete? They understand....
escos Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 This sadly just confirms our owners haven't got a clue How?
crisp packet Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 This is concrete news not bullshit. Sky sources ??? But still.....
Craigob1 Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Have any of you forgotton what NP did for us ... im quite excited at the prospect
pSinatra Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 I can't help feeling unhappy about this. Pearson is not a bad manager, but couldn't we have done better? Not necessarily a 'name', but someone with a more positive outlook. If the Thais are looking for someone to bore our way into the PL.........then Pearson could well be the best candidate. Will he still be manager, should we get promotion??
Mack Posted 6 November 2011 Author Posted 6 November 2011 Sky have a reputation to uphold, they wont broadcast bollocks.
Guest Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Pearson is a good manager. Look what he did for us wothout money and then Hull without money. Top 3 choice for me after MoN and a top international coach
Craig Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Why do it on a matchday? Odd. Unless they want to unveil him at the match, which would also be odd.
