Matt Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 Finafukinly http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/...~678296,00.html £15 for STH and £20 for Non-STH (Adults) £5 for STH and £10 for Non-STH (Children) Levein said: "I hope our fans fill the stadium because for many of them it will prove to be the first opportunity they will have to witness at first hand some of our new signings. Well I can't see it being filled really...This is partly down to the club giving fans less than a month to sell tickets... I'll be going (I think) but can't see it being full... Whos going?
filbertway Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 I will be going the inter game, but not celtic, i might of if O'Neill was still in charge.
Katy Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 Cant afford both with or without a season ticket. Will prob give the Celtic a miss and go and go to the Inter game instead.
rossporterlc Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 don't think i will be going to either, would have gone to the celtic game if MON was still in charge
davieG Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 Call me tight if you want but anything over a tenner is way toooo much, It's a friendly FFS, where very liitle effort will be expended, the players will hardly know one another. £15/£20 you're having a laugh, it's only £11 to £13 (Season Ticket Holders) for a proper game. I can afford it but will not be taken advantage of.
Matt Posted 27 June 2005 Author Posted 27 June 2005 I still have a feeling MON will be there as a Guest Of Honour for both teams or something! I don't know just have feeling it'll happen...But knowing our club and arranging things I would go to both games but i'm on holiday for the Inter Milan game so i'll just have to make do with the Celtic game...Anyway people are saying I would if MON was still there - What about a Neil Lennon? He may not be as big or have done what MON did but its still more of a relation with Leicester than Inter Milan have got isn't it?!?
Hitesh Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 Doubt i will be going. Firstly the ticket prices are a bit pricey for a friendly and MON isnt there. Plus, i will have to get there and that will cost a bit in train fair or car. Also, Celtic are playin the Champions league Qualifiers a week later i think so they wont put out a full strength side. I might go if we sign a few more players that are of interest. Just to find out what they like. Doubt it very much though.
Leicester_Mad Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 will be saving that £20 for Sheffield on the first game of the season
Ajax Treesdown Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 Two words.......rip off......and another two words........Sheff Utd.
C-man Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 I'll be on holiday, and I expect a lot of others will be too I cant see more than 10,000 personally...

No thanks LCFC. <_< I'd rather spend that money on the Sheff Utd game.
Hitesh Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 the stadium will be empty then 128500[/snapback] Well at least u will have the whole stadium to yourself...maybe a few Celtic fans might turn up.
lush Posted 27 June 2005 Posted 27 June 2005 Scottish fans love coming down here for a game, and im sure celtic will bring many thousands. take the last time we played them, monday night, nothing at stake, work the next day, crabby stadium and they brought 7,000. this time its in a beautiful looking stadium, still a midweek but its good weather for a long trip. celtic will bring 10,000 im sure. my uncle is coming over from ireland to see it.

Matt Posted 28 June 2005 Author Posted 28 June 2005 (Before anyone starts - I know Celtic have major support and are a much bigger club than LCFC) But its gonna be fantastic...LCFC at home v Celtic...And Celtic will outnumber our support!

Bluefoxtim Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 bah shite! On holiday, back just before the inter game though, not really that bothered about this game seeing as O'Neils gone, still would have gone though
Scow Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 £20 for non ST holders is a disgrace though. £15 is bad enough...
