dhermon Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Just wondering what everyones thoughts are about giving this lad a go at it off the bench seeing as none seem to rate Dyer apart from his pace and Gally seems very hit or miss
Filberts Treat Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Agree with what u say about Dyer and Gally but Moussa's not making the squad for a reason....
Adster Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 There's a reason he's not making the squad you know. Pearson and Shakey see him in training everyday so I think they can have better judgement than we can.
Fox92 Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 I think he isn't good enough. There is probably a reason why Nigel hasn't picked him, and Sven picked him few times. Both of our winger's are not good enough though, but Nigel has to do his best to work with them.
Guest Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Put Schlupp on the wing and see what he can do.
Thracian Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Put Schlupp on the wing and see what he can do. Or even the Peregrine Falcon! Schlupp should go out on loan and get his career back. Once Beckford arrived he became an afterthought. He'll disappear into oblivion like Gradel unless he goes to a club that'll give him games.
eaststandtom Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Dyer stretches teams width wise and also up and down the flank in an attacking and defensive capacity offering some support to the left back. i dont think it was a coincidence konchesky had his best game against palace. lloyd took the pressure off him getting up and down the flank so much. if lloyd plays poorly he still contributes to the team. playing frank moussa (i would like to see him involved in the squad more maybe) would unbalance the side and put a square peg in a round hole on the left.

bettso Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Just sign a left and right winger in the transfer window. It's not like we dont have the money.
GianEmmo Zola Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Moussa is most comfortable as a cm isnt he anyway? Dyer and Gally are the best we have got at the minute. Hold on guys january is only a month away ! Nige will sign some width. Hopefully stewart from hull. And whittingham!! Haha

Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 I think if we still had 7 subs this season the Moose would probably get on the bench but thats about it unfortunately and because we only have 5 subs this year he is struggling to make it
woddyuk Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Moussa had a good game pre season at kettering for me. But agree he may be better more central, and its not like we don't have enough central midfielders is it ???
John Matrix Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 well yeah. if he comes on i want him as a cm not a winger.
Gold Coast Fox Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Moussa is out of his depth within our current squad, not a bad player though.
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Dyer was excellent second half yesterday and Gally won us the Palace game single handedly so I don't think our wingers are the problem. Not seen enough of Moussa to judge him. We have too many midfielders.

As much as I like Lloyd Dyer he is a bit injury prone. Winger or two needed imo
Chap84 Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Didn't Sven say Moussa was one for the future? I'm sure he did, how old is he? Give him chance! And some time!
dave_the_fox Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 Let's not forget the lad impressed on loan to donny a while a while back - popping up with some goals etc
