Tired?

A word I have heard more than once this season and not just from the fans, SGE dug his own grave by suggesting the players were tired after the Millwall debacle, now NFP namedrops Yuki as tired at Forest replacing him with Richie "3 days a week" Wellens, just what do they do during the week that they cannot play 90 minutes twice in the space of 7 days?

Why start Yuki at Forest if he was tired?

Your thought on these lethargic part timers are sought, could they do your 40-60 hr week plus commute?

If you spend 90 minutes chasing the ball because your main tactic is to hoof the ball directly to the opposition you're going to get tired.

So simple but so true. Watch the Premiership teams, they are so patient. Yes, when a mistake is made and the ball intercepted unexpectedly they surge forward at breakneck speed.

But otherwise they move the ball quickly from player to player, backwards, forwards, sideways waiting for an opening, a moment's lack of concentration or for a deft run in the front third. All the time they are bleeding energy from their opponents.

Possession is paramount and we don't seem to understand that. In fact we even mock the people most likely to retain possession.

Matt Mills yesterday with about 10 minutes to go looked like he was running through treacle after getting sucked out of position for about the 7th or 8th time, and Vaz Te could have stopped for a fag break when he broke through at the end, just bizarre how terrible every single aspect of the team is.

Vaz Te did stop and take the piss on occasions. They should put a sign up the Aylestone Road pointing to the Belvoir Drive Holiday Camp. The way we're playing the team should be training morning and afternoon until they get some pride back.

If anybody is a NBA fan they will understand how frustrating the fitness in football can be. They play at least 82 games a season (except for this one) sometimes having 5 games in 7 days with travelling 1000 of miles. I know the court is a smaller surface and they don't play as long but if you have ever played basketball you will understand that its not easy on the legs.

I'm overweight in my late 30's and i still would last longer at the end of the game and still be playing with a bit more passion than these sol called pro's

I admit to laughing when I heard NP give this pathetic 'reason' as to why Yuki didn't start yesterday.I also left at half time yesterday as most of our lot looked tired, clueless, lacked fight, had no team ethos etc etc,the list goes on. I,like many of you will be tired and probably don't fancy going into work tomorrow but we'll be there and I'm certain we won't have £15k or more going into our bank accounts on Thursday or Friday ! Disillusioned, yes I am.

Matt Mills always looks like he's running through treacle
