They are a great example of what we should be looking to do they have played some real good football today. Wish we had made an effort to bring Scott Sinclair here he was fantastic when I would watch him at Argyle is exactly the type of player we need now

Sousa wasn't doing a bad job at Swansea either, hence why we wanted him.

You say that and you are right they weren't doing too bad but the Swansea fans weren't too bothered about him leaving and didn't really have a good word to say about him, you could say they were just bitter but what he did whilst he was here you have to agree with the Swansea's bitter or not opinion off him.

Similar to Matt Mills when he signed I was over the moon, I rated him as one of the best defenders in the league from what i'd seen of him, the Reading fans came on here and warned us what he was like, again I/we just thought they were being bitter about losing what we thought was one of the best defenders in the league, however seeing what he is like for us, I can't really disagree with their opinions and view of him.

What - underachieving with the side Roberto Martinez left him?

Swansea look a different proposition under Rodgers than under Sousa.

Sousa's side was all passing in front of the opposition without getting in behind too much. Rodgers has them playing wide and getting players, particularly the wingers, in behind the full-backs and opening the game up.

I'd say their style is more suited to the Premier League than the Championship. They use the extra time on the ball effectively.
