Corky Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 I'd go for A aswell, you'll able to watch the football and if thats boring listen to the banter between the 2 sets of fans! And the National Anthem heard loud and clear.
Simmo86 Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 And the National Anthem heard loud and clear. Forgot it was Cardiff, when I say banter I actually mean boring England V Wales pantomime for 90 mins
Basingstoke Fox Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Yes makes sense really :L Yeah i remember the game also! we do know how to create an atmosphere when we want to! Hehe it was pretty loud for us in the Basingstoke end too. Especially in the replay. Made for a couple of good games!
Filberts Treat Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Ay up Basingstoke fox. Just thought I'd say hello. I'm the lad that came up to you in the wetherspoons at Basingstoke on a midweek night when I complimented u on your city shirt. About 2 and a half years ago
deep blue Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Didn't know that neutral fans who just enjoyed a football match were allowed into grounds these days. Hope you enjoy it.
jonthefox Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 I sit in A2. Though this block is quiet, you get good noise from L1 opposite and the away fans next to them. I'm about level with the goal area, a good view IMO. Near me then. Are you the one who farts a lot?.

Just a sardonic observation. I hate the way that fans are segregated (although you have to go back a long way to the days when it didn't happen), and that when buying a ticket you have to nominate yourself as either a home or away supporter. It's as if pure enjoyment of football isn't allowed now. Sorry, it's just a bee in my bonnet. Interesting to note, though, if we had non-segregation in the ground then we would have got our 4000 tickets for Norwich.
MattPanda3 Posted 8 February 2012 Author Posted 8 February 2012 For all who were wandering i went for A2 row H look out for me im 6ft 5! Good luck for saturday! Never know might even turn into a lcfc follower!
gw_leics772 Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 I sit on the back row of G2 which is directly opposite C1, and i know people you say there are no bad views but mine is fantastic, its aso a hell of a lot warmer, moved down near the front for the second half when L1 moved over for he swindon game, and the view was pants and it was bloody freezing. The only downside is the stairs to get there, and in C1 you would be in front of the boxes but id definitely recommend it for the view alone
