We are a joke.

The performance wasn't a disgrace.

It was a very open game and both sides had endless chances to score. Unfortunately for us we missed all of ours and P'boro scored through a wonder strike.

Calling them disgraceful is very unfair, they really gave it everything today.

Totally agree.

Just got back from Peterborough. What a shambles. Dyer what are you on? Can't see the goal. I booed them at the end. A disgrace of a bunch of players. This is then end now , for this season. Sort it out Pearson.

Joke team.

Dont waste your breath mate, was there too (unlike 90% of the people on here),"SHAMBLES"..... people forget we spent millions on a team who are no way good enough to play in the Premier, and `DONT` deserve to make play-offs & also dont deserve the support that is given week in week out, people calling you are listening to Stringers one sided views

I was at the game today, it was a poor performance from our players, they showed no heart unlike the P'boro players.... we deserved the loss.

People who are saying that its a disgrace people 'boo'd' at the end are wrong. If our players put everything into today's performance i would of clapped them off the pitch regardless of the result.

some of the players, not naming them don't deserve our applause towards them when they are putting in a halfhearted shift and letting their team-mates down.

people saying its a disgrace to boo, not it is not.

You keep brown nose-ing right until they get into their flash cars if you want too. But after that performance today and like many other performances this season, singing 'Leicester till i die' wont give them the wake up call.

Some of you need to crawl out of their arse's and see the daylight

We were shite, no doubt about it. We're just a mediocre team and have been for the best part of 10 years, but booing the players....get a fcking grip mate.

I don't really give a shit whether people boo at the end tbh. I don't think the players care, none of them are being singled out so it shouldn't affect their confidence or attitude, the seasons over, so really I just don't care.

People can do what they like, today was shit and it's been like this all season. I can completely understand their anger and I share it in fact. I think it's a bit pathetic of Foxes Talk to come out in defence of the players when they are booed at the end of games like this, there are far, far more pressing matters which we could discuss.

Even if the team did give it all (and I actually noticed certain players giving it far more than others) that's the minimum requirement of any professional footballer at any level. Sometimes that's not going to be good enough I'm afraid. Live with it.

We are disgracefully poor in a few areas of our game.

I wouldn't go as far to say we were a disgrace, but today was a joke! No heart, no passion, we went out like we had already won, foot off the pedal! I'm a Pearson fan, but FFS scrap this stupid system that leaves Nugent out wide and Beckford isolated uprfont (the stroppy tw*t)

I think NP's been forced to use this system as we only have one fully fit central midfielder available at the mo. Worked very well against Hull, anyway. Also, Nugent's been looking tired for a while now, even when he was playing up front with Beckford.

Where you at the same game ? Stop defending us we were shocking. Losing to Peterborough is a disgrace.

So.... teams like Cardiff, Boro and Reading who are comfortably above us are also a 'disgrace'? Fook off...

But we have two wingers. We'd be playing Bamba in the holding role in a 4-4-2 anyway, the important thing is do we have 2 wingers and 2 strikers, and we do. We just chose to play a winger in the centre and a striker out wide.

Play them in their proper positions and it's 4-4-2.

You couldn't play 4-4-2 with Bamba and DD, DD wouldn't attack enough to make it work, you need a Danns type player to break from midfield for 4-4-2 to work. I also don't think Bamba is creative enough to play in a 4-4-2. Might have worked but personally I'd agree with NP on formation except Nuge would be up front, Schlupp on the wing.

Well whatever we did today didn't work. Square pegs in round holes is one of my pet hates (In real life, it works a treat on FIFA).

We need more creative players in midfield. We've only got one with Danns out and that's Marshall. Drinkwater is a passer but not a real creator. Dyer is useless more often than not and he needs to see this. Wellens was creative in his day but again, he's not an attacking midfielder who can beat players or make things happen. Danns creates space with his energy and power more than anything, but he did fvck all for most of the season.

Yeh we've had a couple of injuries and suspensions but if we don't have proper createive midfielders. And unless we get them we'll never be that good, no matter what formation we play.

I agree with you about square pegs in round holes, but playing one player in a less favoured position is a small sacrifice when it gives you a few other advantages. Marshall has, on the whole, looked better in his attacking central midfield role than out wide, Beckford has been a very good lone striker in the past, and putting more bodies in central midfield is a great idea when you have so few natural CMs available. Today's result wasn't good enough, but I don't think the formation is to blame. Nuge hasn't been at his best since before we went 4-3-3 anyway, and we looked very good against Hull with this formation.

i agree with you about a lack of creative midfielders, as well, and that is why I think you have to put an extra man in there. I strongly doubt Bamba and Drinkwater would be effective in a flat 4-4-2.

We created plenty of chances today. Beckford should have set Marshall up, St. Ledger should have scored, and it turns out Beckford would rather miss a certain goal than bump into something. The formation wasn't the problem today, it was the players.

To all the ****** booing and wanting Pearson out, saying how shit we are. Take a look at where we are now with the owners, manger and players to the awful years under Worthington, Allen etc. Get a grip lads.

So you are happy to struggle then?

Are people here defending us getting done over at Peterborough? It's not acceptable. What other team would spend over 10m on players and be happy mid table?

People like beckford need to leave. Money grabbers and pay day boys not welcome at lcfc.

I believe Pearson can sort this out.

And for gods sake replace dyer and use Wellens as a bench player.

Yeah, that's exactly what he said... Very basic comprehension, please read the posts and not what you want to see.

Joke or not, we are Leicester who never win anything but next season!

I think the 'what a load of rubbish' was born out of frustration and realisation that the season is over. Too many fans went to Peterborough yesterday believing the play offs were still a reality and a win at Peterborough was a forgone conclusion. It could have easily been 1 - 0 the other way and then the chanting would have been 'one Nigel Pearson,ei ei ei o etc just like the week before against Hull. It amazing how soon some fans turn on their team. Is the word Fickle? I personally feel we just haven't been good enough or fit enough. Stick with Pearson, a good pre season in Slovenia up in the mountain and few new hungry players and we will be there or thereabouts next season. Whilst I respect anyone has the right to vent their anger in whatever manner they feel appropriate, I'm not convinced booing the team is productive.

Beat fuking Peterborough I won't boo. Fuk me even a draw but a loss? Get a grip people in here. We are mid table after 10m spent on a squad.

Shambles.
