From what i seen from n block had more Leicester than rovers....

Can't blame people for going in there as cheap tkts....

Nhs staff also had an offer today also £15

Fair play to the club I think!! , you have to start some where . 1st games and all that....

Still remember sitting on the wall of old members stand my self at filbo .

:crylaugh:

I was in the Megastore before the game, and there were a fair few Donny fans in there, so what do you think they were doing?

I would appreciate a constructive answer, do you think you're capable of one?

Well it wasn't quite what it was made out to be and the way it in itself was segregated would minimise any risk of trouble but it was also quite amusing that:

a) Half of the block left their seats to join the half-time lap of the pitch so it was clearly just a place to stick all of the complimentary tickets

b) At the end of the match a lot of the kids that were in the block took their new-found opportunity of being right next to the away fans to give it the big'un waving them out, shouting and pointing to the badges on their shirts

That would've been nice to know about prior to the game.

Burnley is also pal ....

Forest was also.

£15 adults

There is concessions kids etc...

Just have to take nhs ID badge to tkt office.

lol what an anti climax, it isn't integrated at all they clearly have their own block. It's just for families that want away games without exposing their kids to an away atmosphere. Can't fault that really.

Agreed. Now I haven't even got anything to moan about! :glare:

I sit in The Kop with my lad and his mates..(and yes,we are part of the small pockets of fans who sing and chant)..and there was 2 "new" faces next to me,where 2 STH are..kinda strange I thought,as they haven't missed a game..my suspicion grew as they sat there pointing around as if they'd never seen the place.

During the 1st half, when the ball was out of play,I saw that they were looking mainly at the Donny part of the Magazine...surely not,I thought..considering there was plenty of seats in the away end.

"BOOM",Drinky slots in a sweet goal and up goes the crowd..except for the "new" faces, who sat there and politely clapped..but I still wasn't 100% sure.

2nd half and Ikeme lays an egg over the line..couldn't see much as I was laughing too much.

"BOOOM",Marshall cut in and curled a beauty into top right..the "new" reluctantly stood up and again politely clapped, his 2nd effort needs a mention too..stunning effort.

"BOOOOM"..some quality movement and passing,King to Gallagher with a good 1st touch and smashes it in..up goes the crowd..the "new" again stand and politely clap..(along with the fickle fans who boo our own players).

I could have just asked them if they were Donny fans during the 1st half..but didn't want to "out" them,as there are some idiots nearby who would have probably reacted..

What made me 100% sure they were Donny fans was just 1 thing..

They didn't "BOOO" that "spit on a kid SCUM..Diouf"

Anyone else see any other "new's"?

I didn't boo Diouf either, but it's not because I support Doncaster Rovers, it's because he's not worth the time and effort.

There were plenty of newbies near me instead of the usual faces and they didn't show much either but I doubt they were Donny fans I suspect they were literally 'new' fans from Leicester borrowing someone's ST who felt the season was over and couldn't be arsed to turn up..

Like Lisa I didn't boo Diouf as I wouldn't give him the pleasure of the attention which from his reaction he obviously loves.

Maybe the 1's near you were new fans..but I'd say they were Donny fans next to me,

I missed out a lot of other things..as my post was getting a tad long..I just mentioned the Diouf part as an amusing end,if I was assuming

they were Donny fans just cos of that, then I would have known before 2nd half as he was dubbed at half time..it was during 2nd half that i was certain.

As for boooing Diouf..IMO,anyone that spits on a kid should be made aware that people know about there disgusting antics..it has nothing to do with giving him attention..and if kissing to our fans is his reaction, then that goes to show what a vile person he is..or do you think he thought we were booing just because he plays for the opposing team?..I doubt it.
