Are you on the Buzz?

In light of your responses, I will rephrase the question.

Why do wasps and bees have fur? You wouldn't think they would need to keep warm?

It’s not real fur , it’s just buzz fuzz

By the way, despite my surprise at the appearance of bees/wasps in close up...I am buzzing about the end of the season.

The only problem is, I'm moving my step-daughter into her new place near Stonehenge on Saturday.

Does anyone know whether FoxesPlayer will work on my Blackberry?

Is it definitely just a slight knock ? Not a groin op then?

At the buzziness end of season, there is a hive of activity amongst the contenders to gain a play-offs spot, let’s hope the foxes have the final sting in their tale to see off their competitors, one final push and they could find themselves tasting the honeycomb of success that is premier league football!

B Keeper, Chris Weale has been waxing lyrical about the teams chances, describing his replacement Kasper Schmeichel as the bees knees.

mainly because bee's exist to cross pollinate (or at least, that is a direct result of moving from plant to plant) The hairs attract and retain pollen, which then falls off at the next plant etc.....

nature is a clever little beast!

My wife is a clever little beast too...that's what she said.

Anyway, does anyone remember the end of 1996 where our last game was against the Hornets???

Another omen?

I can't help it...back to the bees.

I can see how the hairs are an evolutionary advantage to the plants, but not the bees?

Unless the bees which survived best were hairy which meant better cross pollination so better environment for the bees?

Bald bees = less plants to harvest nectar from?

Maybe the plants evolved to the bees, the bees have hair to keep warm, the plants have evolved velcro pollen to stick to their hairy visitors.
