Posted 20 April 2012 Posted 20 April 2012 Yeah, I love it when Leicester lose dufus - always the last resort of the herd - 'you love it when we lose" what a crap, weak, pathetic, ill informed, mindless, tasteless, ignorant thing to say, just because I think we will do better under different management - cock You do seem to revel in it and use it as any excuse to peddle your anti-Pearson agenda, the same players were underperforming under Sven so 2 previously successful managers can't get this squad playing to its potential, maybe the problem is in the squad and not the manager, changing the manager may only serve to exacerbate the problem, at least NP knows the problems and has the pre-season to deal with that problem. Who is better positioned to judge the needs of the squad this Summer, NP who has been here for about 6 months, or someone who hasn't?

I'm sure Leeds and West Ham (if they miss out on promotion, which I reckon they will) will be much improved. Charlton and either Sheffield club could be the next Norwich or Soton. Add to that Wolves, Villa, Blackburn maybe? It could be the toughest 2nd tier line-up for a long time, certainly.

seenitall Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 I think the 'Nige is perhaps not the best equipped for this job' brigade are fulfilling a valuable role on this board for some of you - you have to blindly stand by Nige whatever dross and crap excuses he serves up weekly or look foolish and so you can vent at the naysayers with all the bile and invective you usually reserve for managers and players. The only thing that puzzles me is why? He is a very lucky fella to be this inept and still have so much support from the fans - tolerance at being tucked up every week is a rare thing in football and you should all be very proud of your loyalty, perhaps it is the shape of things to come in football.

Wow, you might need some help might, most normal people are not full of bile and hate, we don't have the need to vent it, especially not over a football club. Most people here support NP, because we are Leicester City Supporters, we support the owners, the manager and the players because they are what make up the club. Most of us don't have a need to "vent bile" because we are not hate filled, people. I would in all seriousness maybe see a therapist to find more constructive ways of dealing with your hate issues. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Pearson's not the kind of manager who would have walked in and told the owners how he'll take their money and will make us a top flight team by summer. Instead he's probably told the owners, it's going to take a year or two, we've got to cut out the silly spending, we've got to bring our wages down, and incorporate a base to build on. The owners will be well aware of the mistakes made under Sven, they've calmed down, their not putting on pre-game, half time spectacles, they've taken a step back, and their allowing the work to be done to turn the circus back into a football club.

I've certainly pointed out the double standards and the inconsistency in your arguments, but I wouldn't call that a "personal attack". You've made it sound like I'm out to get you for the sake of it, which certainly isn't the case. I apologise if I've upset you, but you can't expect to be able to air your opinions in public without anyone disagreeing or pointing out why your arguments don't stand up.

I will happily offer a balanced opinion on any player, and I am able to see strengths and weaknesses in all players games, I am not blinded by an agenda of hate or love for any player.
