People are using Roy signing for Liverpool as a bad example of his managerial talents As far as I'm concerned, Konch had done great at Fulham as they climbed the Premier League & got to the UEFA Cup Final After all they've people like Johnson, Adams, Carroll & Downing playing for them these days it's not like Konch signed for them whilst they've got players the same class as Hansen, Keegan, Rush & Dalglish
Guesty Posted 29 April 2012 Posted 29 April 2012 Konchesky suffered the same problem as Hodgson there, wasn't a big name and wasn't given a chance. Booed before he'd even touched a ball. That being said he probably wasn't the best signing for them with all their pulling power.
