Comparing recruitment of 10,000 temp staff for a few weeks to a few hundred permanent staff is a bit disengenuous.

It's the same company, who will make the same mistakes to maximise the money they make and Lincs Police will end up bailing them out as they won't be giving up their profit margins.

I don't think even I ever said everything. The public sector is also quite capable of stuffing up things like this - see the queues at Heathrow the other week when the UKBA could not get enough staff on the border.

Saw on FB today, a guy which i know which works for Norvic (Offshoot of G4S) advertising for people to work as security or stewards at the Olympics. He said for stewarding all you need is a black pair of trousers and polo top, £8 an hour food included no qualifications needed. Must be getting desperate.
