goose2010 Posted 31 July 2012 Posted 31 July 2012 Did anyone see the GB lady get smacked in the face the other day? broke her cheek bone, she had surgery and a plate put in yesterday, she is back in the squad for the game today! good for her I say, she said she has waited so long for this that nothing will stop her playing!
Northants Fox 3 Posted 1 August 2012 Posted 1 August 2012 GB Men playing South Africa (game is on BBC 3) just gone 1 - 0 up
Matt Posted 3 August 2012 Posted 3 August 2012 Just watching the Hockey and there seems more atmosphere at the Hockey games than at the football - I'd have expected it to be the other way round.

purpleronnie Posted 3 August 2012 Posted 3 August 2012 The atmosphere seems to improved a lot, boxing, judo even weightlifting have had a great atmosphere....obviously the rowing and cycling because of british success.....quite a few empty seats at wimbledon which is baffling....but things do seem to be getting better.
Webbo Posted 8 August 2012 Posted 8 August 2012 GB women just lost the semi to Argentina. Some lovely totty on the Argies side.

The Boxing has been packed every night, went last week and the atmosphere was brilliant.
