The Year Of The Fox Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Did anyone notice this this morning? 2.9 on the richter scale, the epicentrw near Hathern. I slept right through it
jonthefox Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 I didn't. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-21073263
Parafox Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Nor me. But Hathern is quite a way from me. Probably some fat bird from Coalville falling out of bed.
GLC Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 I was having sex with my gf, i literally rocked her world
jonthefox Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 It just goes to show what a lazy docile sod i am. Sleeping through earthquakes eh.
absolutelegend Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 I'm from Loughborough and woke this morning around half five for a poo. Very unusual for me, this explains it :-)
jimmer Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 2012 Oh wait.....um....Shit we need a new date to be scared about now, no fun anymore
yorkie1999 Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Fracking for shale gas, apparently there are big gas deposits under mountsorrel! All i can say is don't drink the water.
Webbo Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 The wife was awake when the earth moved while I was fast asleep. It's usually the other way round.
BoneDog Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Didn't feel owt, but 2.9 is tiny. I felt the last one that was around the Lincoln area about 3 year ago. Was pretty awesome. Fracking for shale gas, apparently there are big gas deposits under mountsorrel! All i can say is don't drink the water. Is that true?! I've heard about fracking in North America. If it is then we can expect more loud noises and shakes.
Fox in the North Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 My cup of tea wobbled a bit, near disaster I'm telling you!
Guest Bilo Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 I just put it down to my next door neighbour having a particularly vigorous wank.
