Looks likely to be another second place despite starting the day in the lead.

Still a chance to come up with something special on 18 though...

4 (yes 4) putt from the leader on 18 means she's won it. Chuffed for her.

Thought I had some Oasis tickets for next Sunday but they’ve fallen through. What a great consolation being able to watch the final day of the RC

I don’t know where it ranks amongst the purists, but for me its the biggest, best and by far the most important competition in golf?

Highly

Ultimate team fight within a sport that it basically an individual event.  I suppose similar to the Davis Cup but given that it’s always the same two teams, the rivalry is bigger and therefore so is the event.

It is the biggest, it is the best but I just hope the stupid US crowd can behave itself...

I'd love our Europeans to go over there and win, but giving them a right good slapping would be majestic.

If they don’t, they’ll only embarrass themselves on the world stage

Win win in that respect

I understand where you're coming from, I just don't think thats the reality.

I am pretty certain that 99% of American fans couldn't care less what they're caught doing or acting like.

The Ryder Cup will continue to be great from a golf perspective and ugly from a fan behaviour perspective when it is held in the US. They have no idea how to police/manage a crowd.

If the US win this I'm expecting to see Donald parading with the trophy on the 18th green like he holed the winning putt

Was trying to make sense of this last night

It’s just dawned on me you meant Trump, not Luke 😂

Impressed with Luke Donald during todays presser. Not so much with Bradley. Europe 1 up

In terms of the crowd behaviour, have you seen Ian Poulter slating the US crowds for yelling Mashed potato and get in the hole on 600+ yard par 5's? It is perfect.

I'm sure someone smarter than me can put the video up. Two minutes of perfection from the Postman summing up American idiots.

The problem is the potential New York crowd.

It's a competition of friendly rivalry and a symbol of the brilliance and beauty of the game of golf.

Bawdy booing, cheering poor shots, abusing players have no place

G’won Ian.

He’s right- they’re cnuts

See the video of the guy begging it to Bryson yesterday when Bryson was trying to drive the first green? ‘Rory couldn’t do that Bryson’ he yells after his drive falls 10 yards short of the green.

He’s not gonna shag you mate

Tomorrow is a wash out which potentially takes away a practice session (guess we’ll see how many of them go out in it). There’s no forecast of rain fri/sat/sun (apart from some light showers fri) so there’s nothing to be gained.

Sunday could have some rain on latest forecast so maybe we will see a few out in the damp today
