Eating in the city centre

You should go to 1573 for a stunning steak then walk across to the King Richard III for a few beers.

Oh shit that reminds me - I forgot to mention that one of my sisters is a vegetarian. Does that change anyone's suggestions at all?

Did nothing but moan about MON when I worked for him lol

Sounds about right lol him and Leighton hated the bloke.

Did he tell you about the time he walked out of the Q&A night with him after CSKA Moscow away?

Yeah apparently MON said to the fans that he had nothing to apologise for and the free meal is from Randy Lerner and If it was up to him they wouldn't get anything lol

Needless to say he wasn't happy

Bump. What about an indian? We're thinking of getting a round in at the pub then getting a curry - any recommendations?

Depressingly I'll be in the City this Saturday for the first time in ages, but I'll be helping clean out my Alzheimer stricken Grandad's frankly unsanitary house instead of spending money I don't have going to the match. :( A good place to nosh after would be immensely obliged.

That was the straw that broke th camels back with Villa fans.

In Moscow, decent chance of qualifying and he basically played the youth team and then pretty much told the fans that travelled to like it or lump it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, we left it too late to book into Mem Saab, so we went to the Tiffin instead. Had a wonderful lamb "tawa" curry - they don't skimp on the spice! For anyone else who visits there, I can't recommend their fish fillets enough either. I tried my sister's Sea Bass, it was easily in the top 5 fish dishes I've tried. Great call Langston. :)
