Bert Posted 28 February 2013 Posted 28 February 2013 Anyone up for it? This is the link http://fantasyracing.telegraph.co.uk/ and its free to join. The league name is Berty and the pin is 8033797. For now all you have to do is choose 3 trainers and jockeys, then every day prior to the racing you choose a horse from each race to win. The points breakdown is explained on the website. You don't even have to know much about horse racing to join in, so give it a go! Something to keep everyone a bit interested in it all.
kingfox Posted 28 February 2013 Posted 28 February 2013 I will join, had a couple of bets on Cheltenham last year. Wonder if there's any horses called Banter King.

Was a Banter. http://www.racingpost.com/horses/horse_home.sd?horse_id=744572#topHorseTabs=horse_race_record&bottomHorseTabs=horse_form Two races, finished last twice then retired. Ended up in Tescos I imagine.

Proper Banter that. Anyway I will join. Nearly won quite a bit on the Grand National, I betted on the Runner Up, who of course looked to be heading for the win, but then got pipped by a nose length. Betted on it to win of course, so I got fook all out of it.

My mum was on him (well not actually on him, of course she just backed him). What a great race that was.

We somehow ended up on the front row, only had Grandstand tickets and managed to slip through to the paddock after drunkenly swiping some owners and trainers badges off reception. Ironic being in Liverpool. Nice bloke Paul Nicholls as well. Him and Nicky Henderson.

Me and my mate had £12.50 EW on it at 14's. quite fancy there to be some upsets this year. Money back with Paddy Power if Hurricane Fly wins too.
