When they play like they did its a good job the fans try and bring a smile to people! We're not the sick ones we didn't burn the kids they did!! Drunk obstreperous swaying shaved-headed middle-aged bigots, elderly (usually on foxes travel but some miraculously still have driving licenses), kids who've heard stories about the Filbert Street Kop, Ultras and Stanley Babies and would like to recreate that World though many don't get past the stewards due to obvious drunkenness generally gained either on the train or sometimes in Wetherspoon's. This last set are invariably the ones you see being targeted by stewards inside the ground as well. What do you expect?

acooling08 Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 What was the actual song? Can't really judge without knowing the words/tone etc, but would imagine it's pretty vile. Some of the stuff that is sung now in L/K is pretty cringeworthy at times at home games.

What has your distinguishing parts of our away support got to do with somebody's justification of an abomination of a chant because they paid to get in? But some modicum of decency wouldn't go astray.

Then again, Im sure we have some reasonable people....don't we? i should be in the middle aged bigots but was liberalised at Uni and 12 years spent living in the Far East. There are a few reasonable people too but not enough to make up a set/ e.g. Carl and Lisa. If I could find a pact of middle aged non bigoted non Oldies I might fit in, but they'd have to share my love of fine wines.

We are an emotional bunch, when it comes to our football clubs,and despite what you may think, even though the fans have differing opinions, they all want what they think is best for the club they love. You see, you are a Pearsonite, and believe we should stick with him, because you see that as being the best way forward for the club, other fans believe that keeping Pearson will give us less chance, and so want a change. It doesn`t mean that they think any less of the club than you, it just means they have a different view on what they think is best. It doesn`t make them a cvnt! As for any of our fans singing about the kids who died in the fire, that is indeed disgusting, and they should be ashamed. I`m all for football banter, i grew up with it back in the 70`s, i know how close to the knuckle it can get, but that is crossing the line of decency in my world! I'm not, I believe in the situation the club is in currently. I think people are stupid because they call for head after head (and I don't doubt for a second it's the same people every time), have no patience and expect everything immediately. They are cvnts, there are plenty of them on this forum. If I spoke to them in person and they said these things I'd laugh at them and talk to someone reasonable. I'm not offended by and don't have a problem with people who are anti-Pearson, only people who have no other solution, jump ship every time we have a bad result (even when we've taken 13 points from the last 5 games or something similar) and guess what? It's the same people. The people that don't post when everything's going ok and suddenly when a couple of results don't go our way this player is shit, this player is shit, we should be playing this formation, the manager is shit....etc, etc. They're cvnts, there's not much else too it.
