He's too slow. His distribution is crap. Low level of workrate. Crap defending. Runs in to a player instead of trying to get past them. He has been shocking in every game I have seen him in (which is every game this season). He offers us nothing down that left hand side, with the exception of the odd cross.

I never did get Jon Sammels - is my mind playing tricks or did the crowd groan whenever he got the ball? It's about 30 years ago now but I seem to remember him slowing things down, wayward passes etc

I remember seeing an article on Lewis about his rise to being a prem footballer and how his dream was to take the next step to the England side. Ho Ho!

I used to live in Evington and always used to see him driving around! If we picked him up for 2 million he would have been a good signing, scoring a lot of goals in the Premiership ... didnt he ? . However, for 5 million I think it was not the best of signing.

Sorry for being off-topic but what's Lenny Glover doing now? Last time I saw him was on a market stall in Rugby selling crockery (?) about 10 or 15 years ago. One of my favourite players he was, the roar of the crowd when he got the ball...

Last time i heard he was in prison serving a 3 year sentecnce (I think) for something to do with drugs.
