Guest Col city fan Posted 19 May 2013 Posted 19 May 2013 I'd say there's enough who're willing to replace the bitter ones. Also helps to improve the atmosphere when there are less moaning old farts at the game, shouting insults, abuse at players and the manager on a regular basis. Are you a season ticket holder?
Bluetintedspecs Posted 19 May 2013 Posted 19 May 2013 Are you a season ticket holder? This a poll Col? because yes I am
MPH Posted 19 May 2013 Posted 19 May 2013 I heard a rumour from my mates sister's uncle that pearson has been given a new 10 year contract and is targeting a Champions league place within 3 years. You heard it hear first. So, it was your mates uncle, surely Indeed.. you cant possibly expect us to believe you if you don't get your facts right!
Guest Posted 20 May 2013 Posted 20 May 2013 Pearson bought 30 Season tickets and ate them. So long as it's the tickets of 30 moaning cvnts we're sorted
CupidStunt Posted 20 May 2013 Posted 20 May 2013 I heard he slept with Chris Wood. I heard he stabbed him with a pencil afterwards, the sharp end

Hadn't realised we were so big that we had a waiting list for season tickets. They don't get replaced, they're just gone and our season ticket numbers are lower than they could have been. There is no positive in people deciding to stay away, whether the be pro or anti Pearson.

I can't see what constant moaning and negativity adds to the atmosphere, but maybe you can elaborate further on that. If that (small) percentage would stay away, it would improve everything tenfold. I don't mean to ban criticism, I mean to ban idiotic regurgitations and small-mindedness. This season's just been over for a week now, more than two months to go until the new one and season ticket sales will pick up shortly. I can't see how dwelling on the current numbers is any indication for the upcoming season's stats. Way too premature.

One mans idea of bitter is anothers mans idea of astuteness. Facts are facts your assumption about the season tickets is wrong they are very much down on last season at this stage and a lot of that can but put down to the box office poison that is Pearson and his hoofball.

Do you actually read other people's posts??? I never denied the season ticket sales were down compared to this stage last year. The rest of your post is just another attempt at coming up with a conspiracy theory involving Nigel Pearson. How often have you hit your own repeat button today?? Also, I'd love to visit you one day - which home for assisted living are you staying at? I've got some flowers I'd like to hand over to you.

Taffydag Posted 21 May 2013 Posted 21 May 2013 I am one of the people replacing the non renewers and I very much hope that Pearson is here next season as I bought my season ticket based on the overall improvement that I think we have made since he came back in terms of the way we played, during the first 2/3rds of the season, and the type of players we are trying to bring in to improve further.

Someone that talks sense. Totally agree
