When the Labour leader is openly admitting before an election he won't be reversing the Tories cuts to welfare you know the country is a serious financial predicament.

I'd say that painting the rosiest picture would be putting the most positive slant you can on the legitimate figures. He pushed various expenditures back a few months to make it look like we weren't making them at all and that our deficit was improving, and actually increasing our expenditure in doing so. That goes beyond painting some roses. Relative to the poor countries on Europe, absolutely. If you disagree, fine. You're wrong, and a moron for being so wrong. But fine. I caught a rare moosefish!
