He probably isn't quite getting to grips with Billy's cutting edge tactical approach.. Must be a bit of a step up from Chelsea and Watford.

As somebody has stated lazy journalism, any decent player put up for loan or sale we are linked with, all because we had money and top end of the championship, look at the other clubs linked, all top half of the championship. Pearson keeps his targets close to his chest, so it's probably bullshit or an agent trying to get interest in their client, or like I say a journalist guessing. But but but.... Foxestalk will be down to just two threads! Sort of player we need - knows how to win ugly.... .... I'll get me coat.
RedHux Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Must admit, having seen Chalobah last season, I was a bit 'miffed' when Forest signed him and I'm surprised he's doing nothing with you. Could be he's not so suited to BD's tactics as he was with Zola's. Can't imagine he's become a crap player overnight though, so would imagine that if you're patient, you'll see a better player emerge as the season progresses. I was dead chuffed when we got him but it just isn't working out atm. The inner optimist in me wants it to be lack of match fitness and adjusting to our stoneage tactics. Although how hard can "kick it to the massive thug" be to understand?

I don't know how true this is but its claimed he wanted to come back here but for once player power didn't win out!

You were a decent footballing side against us but then Henderson wasn't playing....
