Fox 4 Life Posted 6 August 2005 Posted 6 August 2005 Seriously, does anyone know how close to fitness he is? Because he could be exactly what we have been wanting, he has pace and is young, and could help solve our problems up front or on the left wing? we can always dream!!
Thracian Posted 6 August 2005 Posted 6 August 2005 we're never told anything about him 151296 Has anyone ever asked the manager?
Anish Posted 6 August 2005 Posted 6 August 2005 It's one injury after another with Morris. He's a total waste of space, and we have wasted so much money on him with his transfer fee and wages. He should retire because imo he is a fraud if he calls himself a professional footballer.
Jay Posted 6 August 2005 Posted 6 August 2005 errr he did his cruciate ligaments in during a reserve match in January it was mentioned in the match programme and on the website, so he will not even be back in training till Christmas time when I imagine his contract will probably be paid up. No matter who it is or what they have done for the club IMO it would be wrong to release a player when they still need physio and treatment

Knighton Matt Posted 6 August 2005 Posted 6 August 2005 I think the rumour about Morris must be true funny how he was training in pre season but never plays I'm sure we'll see a miraculous recovery when his 'ban' ends.

How can you say I have no idea - what has Morris ever done for us to warrant his transfer fee and his wages? You're the one with no idea if you think Morris deserves to be employed by LCFC.

Am I not entitled to my opinion? It was a much improved performance on anything I have seen of him before, hence my positive view. Have you not read my previous comments about De Vries? I have slated him more than anybody but today he did do a lot of good things, that may not have been picked up by the TV cameras.

Chrysalis Posted 7 August 2005 Posted 7 August 2005 Lee Morris current injury (the one picked up in training) still noone has said what it is and estimated time out.
Jay Posted 7 August 2005 Posted 7 August 2005 Lee Morris current injury (the one picked up in training) still noone has said what it is and estimated time out. 151561 but I did say what his current injury was and his estimated time out, why not look further up the thread
Aberdeen_fox Posted 7 August 2005 Posted 7 August 2005 Lee Morris = The new Darren Eadie, when it comes to injuries and time on the treatment table!
Jimmy Posted 7 August 2005 Posted 7 August 2005 thats unfair as eadie was an excerlant player for the club for a year or 2 before his troubles started
Fox 4 Life Posted 7 August 2005 Author Posted 7 August 2005 So does anyone have a definitve answer as to what is wrong with Morris, as he was in pre-season training?
Hitesh Posted 7 August 2005 Posted 7 August 2005 So does anyone have a definitve answer as to what is wrong with Morris, as he was in pre-season training? 151620 Thats what i want to know! Has anyone asked Mr Levien? Surely he would have a definitive answer? I know that we cant get hold of him but surely some one has contacts who could find out! I think that CL is clever in some ways becasue he doesnt mention his injured players at all. He kept the second Kisnorbo injury quiet in pre-season!

He kept the second Kisnorbo injury quiet in pre-season! 151723 Either that or... a)-they don't know what's going on b)-Imagine if they always commented "Player X is injured. We don't know what's wrong with him, he just cannot walk <walk, run, etc>". It wouldn't inspire much confidence after a while... c)-If they always told us about injuries, all our speculating on the forums would be much reduced in scope... :-)
