Bit late I know, but this reminds me of playing LMA 2002 where a player would fail the medical if they had ANY injury. You'd scout a player, put in a bid, make terms, and then they'd fail the medical because they had a sprained wrist. That said, in that game I signed Ebbe Sand and Mario Jardel for Leicester and had us winning the Champions League with those two getting 40 odd goals a season so I can't say it was the most realistic.

 

I remember signing Gabriel Batistuta for City in Championship manager back in the day.  He scored like 100 goals a season.

Different game I know, but no one used to score goals for Leicester for me more than Cherno Samba did!
