foxes4e4 Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 if hes injured doesn't that mean he will fail a medical therefore no transfer?
VLC86 Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 if hes injured doesn't that mean he will fail a medical therefore no transfer? Not necessarily. If he has bruised ribs it's hardly an injury likely to reoccur but if they noticed anything major eg dodgy knees then it's a different story. To be fair though, if they want him to help their survival bid and he is our for a few months then I would guess it's off
chapero82 Posted 26 January 2014 Posted 26 January 2014 I never said it was ITK info?? It was just a thought following how the Konchesky situation was handled earlier in the season. Should have made that a little clearer but whatever, i'm glad it wasnt the case. come on you implied you did
Bettsj2 Posted 26 January 2014 Posted 26 January 2014 come on you implied you did No I didnt. I just didnt put 'I reckon' at the start of the post. A grave error I know but usually the people claiming 'ITK' will say 'I've been told' or something similar. I didnt put anything like that. Like many on here I post from my phone and when making a quick post, tend not to go into too much detail. For the record, I think ultimately he'll go (maybr not to Fulham) simply because his potential as a player is greater than our potential as a club. Hope i'm wrong and he stays forever. To re-iterate though, I only thought he wouldnt be in the team as they may have chosen to handle the situation as they did the Konchesky one earlier in the season. Obviously didnt make that clear enough but i'll be sure to do so in the future to prevent any confusion.
Bayfox Posted 26 January 2014 Posted 26 January 2014 Now bid for phil bardsley at sunderland hopefully this will die down now.
little Brian Posted 26 January 2014 Posted 26 January 2014 Well if his ribs are broken that's the end of that. (well done the person who said him getting injured was "silly talk") it was me......who said lets sell Liam Moore for a pittance cos he might break his leg next week ? eeerrrrr it was you ...............
Manwell Pablo Posted 26 January 2014 Posted 26 January 2014 it was me......who said lets sell Liam Moore for a pittance cos he might break his leg next week ? eeerrrrr it was you ............... Did I? Guessing Comprehension wasn't one of your strong points at school then.
ozleicester Posted 27 January 2014 Posted 27 January 2014 Broken ribs, out for 3 weeks Really?... damn, but only 3 weeks? That surprises me as ive seen broken ribs mean 8 weeks or more. Fingers crossed for only 3. Stupid Liam putting his body on the line for the club.
Manwell Pablo Posted 27 January 2014 Posted 27 January 2014 Broken ribs, out for 3 weeks 3 weeks, I doubt it, it he's got any minutes before the end of next month he's done extremely well
ithuriel Posted 27 January 2014 Posted 27 January 2014 Thought it said a minimum of three weeks? Not long got up though so could be wrong.
21st Century Fox Posted 27 January 2014 Posted 27 January 2014 Thought it said a minimum of three weeks? Not long got up though so could be wrong. It did say minimum of 3 weeks, so it could be several.
NathanC93 Posted 27 January 2014 Author Posted 27 January 2014 It did say minimum of 3 weeks, so it could be several. So first it's 3 weeks, now 7? FFS.
Renart Posted 27 January 2014 Posted 27 January 2014 It did say minimum of 3 weeks, so it could be several. Liam Moore has broken several ribs, his left arm and his right leg... could be out for all of the future. Fulham have made a 3rd bid.
mozartfox Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 What a mistake that would have been had Liam left us to join that shambles. 'If' his agent was advising him to make this move, then if I was Liam, I would fire this 'Clown' on the grounds of incompetence.
frotto Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 I agree with Lower Austria. Important thread post.
suffolk fox Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 Shouldn't this be on the general football thread?
Mack Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 Agent's priorities are to make the most amount of money for their client and then as a result themselves. Fulham is a mess at the moment, however with a very wealthy owner and recent high value player acquisitions as an agent you could make a case to any player that the current situation is only temporary.
surrifox Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 Was the clown Liam's agent then? the signs point firmly at Jeff's man I would suggest
Alexikokopops Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 Not necessarily. If he has bruised ribs it's hardly an injury likely to reoccur but if they noticed anything major eg dodgy knees then it's a different story. To be fair though, if they want him to help their survival bid and he is our for a few months then I would guess it's off Bit late I know, but this reminds me of playing LMA 2002 where a player would fail the medical if they had ANY injury. You'd scout a player, put in a bid, make terms, and then they'd fail the medical because they had a sprained wrist. That said, in that game I signed Ebbe Sand and Mario Jardel for Leicester and had us winning the Champions League with those two getting 40 odd goals a season so I can't say it was the most realistic.
