Screen Shot 2014-03-20 at 11.13.52.png It's exactly the same as the old system the old system said Internet Too you don't get to pick a specific seat for away games Where it says not available it means that there are no website allocated tickets left and you need to contact the club Also you might not have received the tickets in time for Saturday even if you could have ordered online

Maybe they were running the system on an EE server! Still think the UI could be better/explained better - but just tried for a home game and it is actually a lot better than before.

It doesn't have anything from last season and is missing some stuff from this season (which isn't really an issue because at least I have some booking history). However, I've noticed it's showing double for everything - apparently I bought 8 tickets to Blackburn for instance (instead of 4), or 10 tickets to Wycombe (instead of 5). Not that big a deal, just wondering if anyone else is having that.
Cunningfox Posted 20 March 2014 Posted 20 March 2014 There is text in the black bar, and above 'Not Available' it says 'View from Seat' so nothing to worry about. Drag to select the text in that black bar and all becomes clear. Poor design and very confusing.

But as a poster above said even if it says not available just click add to basket and I was able to buy a ticket - I guess cause it's an away game you can't specify a seat hence the randomness.. Anyway - I'M ACTUALLY GOING TO A BLOODY GAME!!!! EEEEEEKKK!!!! Hmmm I've not been all season and look how well we're doing....maybe I should sell my ticket now!!
ScouseFox Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 used the new one to buy tickets for burnley today, wasn't too bad, loaded quicker and easier than the last one. the whole "internet block, internet row, not available" thing was a bit mad but just happily clicked on through and got meself a ticket in the end.
