MattGamble92 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Sean Dychehead annoys me. Has that Holloway at Blackpool attitude that everyone should love little Burnley and always takes the pressure off by reminding everyone Leicester and QPR are expected to be there. Hope we paste them like we should have done at home after destroying them for 45 minutes. Leicester 4-1 Yeovil Burnley 0-2 Leicester
Istilllovefilbert Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Agree we should not settle for four. If we pan Yeovil tonight, it may just send a reminder to Burnley that they should worry about us and we are going their place for a win. City 4-0 tonight, City 2-1 Saturday.
Buzzell Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 4 points would be great, beat Yeovil, draw to Burnley, I'd take that all day long. Obviously prefer the 6.
LCCFox96 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 We've got to be going for 3 points tonight to post another win and get the the points needed total down. Anything we can get from Burnley is a massive bonus. The minimum I'd take is 3 tonight and avoid defeat on Saturday.
Charnwood Norris Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 As long as we avoid defeat at Burnley and reach 88 points by April 4th against the Owls (I can see Wigan sneaking a home win on the 1st April), title in bag surely?
lancyclaret Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Cannot see anyone (even Leicester or Burnley) beating Wigan at the moment. They'll probably beat Arsenal as well. A lot of neutrals are saying Wigan are the best team in the division since Rosler took charge.

kingcarr21 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 our main focus should be to get the 3 points tonight so as Burnley cant overtake us when we play them on saturday. If we lose tonight and burnley win will give them massive insentive to beat us on saturday to go top of the league. Tonight is crucial as a win tonight would put pressure on burnley to get the result against us on saturday. But if we go into the Burnley game only 2 points clear the tables turn and we would be under massive pressure. Personally i think doncaster could get something tonight. They will play with no fear and are on decent form (unbeaten in 4 matches with 3 wins although they were all at home) Lets hope Billy Sharp does us a favour
LCFCshotstopper Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 No i wouldn't take a loss tonight and a win at Burnley. 4 points must be looked at for a minimum and 6 points would be awesome. I want us to stay undefeated til the end of the season and like people have already mentioned, we ARE the best team in league!!
Number 6 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 A lot of neutrals are saying Wigan are the best team in the division since Rosler took charge. He's taken 40 league points since taking over there. We've got 43 in that time and played a game less. I suspect Burnley's points haul would be there or there abouts too. He's done a great job, no doubt, but think both Burnley and Leicester are better.
Tommy G Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 IF burnley lose tonight and we win both our games we could really look at sewing up the title this sat and promotion
iancognito Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 4 is fine, 6 is better. Don't talk down Yeovil eaither. You can say Wigan are the best team in the division but they soiled themselves with about 7 minutes to go against Yeovil last week. Saturday proved it only takes a sloppy corner being given away to give a side a chance.
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 I saw Doncaster at F*rest the other week, they looked half decent that day and have taken 10 points from their last four games so they're not exactly in shabby form, even if you would expect Burnley to beat them. Let's just take one game at a time, eh?
stuartn27 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 One game at a time Win tonight.worry about burnley Saturday Sorted
