However I've been living in Leicester for the last two years and managing to go to most home games and what an experience it's been. I literally think we've had just about every mad scenario you could imagine occur to us in these last two seasons from both the high points and low points perspective: First time we'd scored 6 goals in my lifetime. Knockaert's outrageous scorpion kick goal. Schmeichel's penalty save in injury time against Middlesbrough to win us the game last year. A complete capitulation but being saved by THAT forest game last season. The sheerly incredible ending to the play offs. Two scapegoats from the first season bouncing back and being the two standout performers in the second season. Chris Wood's goal at Watford in the 0-3 dismantling of the team that had produced one of our darkest moments in recent times. The demolition of one of our local rivals (Derby) in the best performance I've ever seen from us. Drinkwater's screamer to equalise for us against Watford in the 94th minute. 9 game winning streak and current 18 game unbeaten streak. And now to top it off Schmeichel grabbing an injury time equaliser! And that list is barely scratching the surface. Now hopefully we can add the championship title to that list and it would be a truly incredible two years and we can only hope for the same amount of entertainment in the future! Long live Nigel's great entertainers!!!!

Great post. I had a half season ticket last season and a full season ticket this season. Overall, I've loved it. I have to thank Nigel Pearson for building a great team that can allow us to enjoy this.
Les-TA-Jon Posted 26 March 2014 Posted 26 March 2014 There's been a lot of negativity from LCFC fans on here and elsewhere for the last 4-5 years. But I for one have largely enjoyed it all. Sousa, Sven, Watford and all. There's no arguing that it hasn't been exciting season after exciting season in that time. We could have been a Middlesbrough or Ipswich, contesting mid-table for all these years.
