do you have to pay tax on any money made busking? could be a good way to launder money or even a good way to make a bit of cash if you organise it. start a busking company who buskers could work for, maybe even start a buskers union too so that they can keep scab buskers off the streets.

I'm going to be rich! As rich as Scrooge McDuck! Literally Scrooge McDuck since all the money would be coins so I could have a big pool like him.

Should he be claiming and busking?

I think it depends on how much he makes but like I said it would not be difficult for him to be found out if he was over claiming. It come to around just under £200 PW which seems about right.

If you see him Ken mention that any new wheels on his skateboard will be tax deductable. See I'm here to help the most vulnerable.

I imagine there will be lots of references to how the horrible racist Eastern Europeans oppress the Roma, which is frankly bullshit.

What would happen to him there being disabled? genuine question.

Is their vat on dog food?

Not if you feed them frogs from the garden pond.

A wild guess but I would imagine he would be a legless gypsy in a different country.

He'd probably have to mix up his set list a bit, Romanians like mournful accordion dirges more than snazzy Katy Perry covers.

The skateboard guy is in town all the time - usually on Gallowtree Gate - he has been playing the same tune day in day out for about 2 years (I see hi all the time when I'm flyering. He makes loads if dough from that accordion and he hides the £1 coins to encourage more people to donate.

Wouldn't want to swap places with him to be fair though.

Before you post it Ken I'll get in here.

I don't blame the Romany benefit claimants for this at all, if I was in their position I would do the same.

The blame lies with the politicians who have entered into a political union that allows things as ridiculous as this to happen.

You know, you blame Europe for his kind of thing happening... so why doesn't it happen in the rest of Europe? Either the answer is "it does", in which case, no, they're not all coming over here to cash in on the gravy train, they might as well stay at home, or "it doesn't" which would then suggest the problem is UK politics.

I wouldn't agree with everything the EU does, but blaming the EU is such a kop out.

Its a mixture of the two, we pay generous welfare of our own accord the EU dictates we can't discriminate or control our borders. Both positions are unhealthy for the country but the EU certainly makes it difficult to manage ourselves.

That makes no sense, if you enter into an economic union with countries whose average wage for a week is lower than your JSA payments then this is going to happen, where I have I said it only hapens here? I'm sure it's happening in France and Germany as well.

I would have been pro EU when it was the common market Trav, Britain, France, Germany working together, strong economies in trade deals, what a fantastic idea that was, make us all stronger. A freedom of movement union with Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Lithuania etc?? Nope, disaster waiting to happen.

But hey we all wanna be equal don't we? that's more important, and if all have nothing, success!

Thank god I'm fcuking off soon.
