Socks Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 If Liverpool win and Man City lose or if Man City win how do they do the trophy thing? Will they have one at each ground? Whos will be the real deal?
Ross-Kemp Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 Probably helicopter, they're both at home aren't they ?
Ross-Kemp Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 Helicopter then, happened a few times in Scotland. Last weekend being the most recent, 3 teams could have won the league.
Poznan34 Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 They had the real one at one ground and a replica at another when it happened with Man U and Chelsea a few years ago.
ScouseFox Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 even if they had it in a car half way between the two they could be at either ground half an hour after the final whistle easily.
Nugent Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 Henry Winter tweeted saying that there will be the trophy and a set of medals at both Liverpool and City. Guessing the one at City would be the real deal.
Danizen Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 even if they had it in a car half way between the two they could be at either ground half an hour after the final whistle easily. But it makes better entertainment for them to fly it into the stadium
Jace Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 There has been a replica bogus trophy ever since 1994/95 when Blackburn and Man Utd came down to the last game of the season
Soar Fox Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 One at each stadium with a set of medals aswell. Don't know why they have bothered, there's absolutely no chance of Man City messing this up unfortunately.
Filbert_Ross Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 they should fly Gerrard in the chopper to the Etihad Stadium, no player deserves to lift the trophy more than him.
AKCJ Posted 9 May 2014 Posted 9 May 2014 They had the real one at one ground and a replica at another when it happened with Man U and Chelsea a few years ago. Yeah but with Liverpool and Manchester being so close I imagine they'll just hover around Warrington in a Helicopter with the real one.

Thats not a bad idea actually, it wouldn't matter that it would take a bit longer because its not like either the BBC or Sky TV are interested in showing when a team wins the league anyway
