Langley Posted 21 May 2014 Author Share Posted 21 May 2014 Think the woman in the TO is right, you have to have had a season ticket last year to carry on priority. But I emailed Jim asking: "I’ve just became a season ticket holder after living down in Bristol for many years and moving back up to Leicester where I attended as many games as I could both home and away and I was wondering if there was any way of getting my away tickets credited to my account as I’ve got a fair few from last season." Oh right. You're not very good at explaining yourself are you! It's always been the case before now anyway.

Ahaha, ususally because I'm doing all of this on my phone. Just seems to be confusing. I've replied to Jim and I'll post what he says so we'll all have a definative answer "Hi Jim, I took my stubbs down to the fan store and they said that they couldn’t do it. I can pop down the store this lunch time today so we can get it sorted? Kind regards, "
Langley Posted 21 May 2014 Author Share Posted 21 May 2014 "Hi Paul, Can you please hold on to your stubs for now until we have had the discussion about the priority system for the new season? We will put all relevant information on to the Club website when we have it. Kind Regards Jim"

4ever and ever Posted 21 May 2014 Share Posted 21 May 2014 I still have my loyalty points attached to my account (10 away games last season) and I am a new season ticket holder this season. But I do have order history proof as I bought them all either online or on the phone never at the gate
SemperEadem Posted 21 May 2014 Share Posted 21 May 2014 I was told a couple of months back via email that existing points would be added on to new season tickets holders. Will hit the roof if they have no changed this.
Permafrost Posted 21 May 2014 Share Posted 21 May 2014 Regarding using ticket stubs for priority points - they punch a hole in the ticket now (or if they can't find the hole punch they initial it), so that it can't be presented again as 'proof'. promised land Posted 21 May 2014 Share Posted 21 May 2014 I was told a couple of months back via email that existing points would be added on to new season tickets holders. Will hit the roof if they have no changed this. As Bert said I don't think this used to be the case, unless it's changed.
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 22 May 2014 Share Posted 22 May 2014 To be honest, although I did benefit from it a couple of seasons back - they shouldn't really allow it. The Priority System is fair and anything else just opens up the opportunity for people to swindle the system.
SemperEadem Posted 22 May 2014 Share Posted 22 May 2014 Don't see how it allows to folk to bend the system if they have previously dont the games the season before allowing them a priority the next now they have a season ticket.
