That might be right as you haven't bought any match tickets home and away, the ST doesn't pop up there, well mine never has. On your account page on LCFC direct, if you use the full web site version you get a little lower case 'I' somewhere at the top right IIRC. Press that and some reference to your ST should be on there but most importantly don't worry, you've paid up, they have you on their system. That system never fails or lets people down!
