Benji Posted 24 September 2014 Posted 24 September 2014 This should get all the United fans back supporting England again.
Jaspa Posted 24 September 2014 Posted 24 September 2014 If he keeps on putting in performences and keeps fit he should have every chance, then its down to the lads mentality to show that hes got the minerals. Hes stil new to the top flight and we shouldnt put all the pressure on his shoulders, how its been going already has seen him perform but hes still got someway to go
VLC86 Posted 24 September 2014 Posted 24 September 2014 This will be on the back of City fans asking for the odds
Dan Posted 24 September 2014 Posted 24 September 2014 Time will tell, but Hodgson knows he must succeed. No second chances. I reckon he'll go for his trusted. If the next England side in a competitive match contains Drinkwater and Moore, I'll be surprised. His trusted what though? No shit, silly season open again I see. Call me nuts, and I'm not saying they'll never make it, but they might need to consistently perform for a bit longer than four or five games, or in Drinkwaters case, what is basically one. Agree with this, but I think they will personally.
Carl the Llama Posted 24 September 2014 Posted 24 September 2014 None of our players will be selected for England because we are not a fashionable club Not yet. But the winds of change have started shifting and it won't be long before we get looked at in the same light as your Swanseas and Southamptons if we keep this form up.

Pundits can't stop talking about us. It really is a great time to support city.

I don't think Swansea get that much a look in. Take Nathan Dyer for example, been consistent for four seasons in the Prem, never been considered, but within that time Dross Townsend, Downing, Lennon etc have all had plenty of opportunities.
JonnyBoy Posted 24 September 2014 Posted 24 September 2014 I think he should but I just can't see it myself. We'll stick with the usual dross. Vardy, Drinkwater and Moore should all have a chance. Isn't Michael Keane ahead of Moore in the pecking order for u21s? if he is then that is ridiculous. warmed the bench for derby most of last season didn't he
benpicko Posted 25 September 2014 Posted 25 September 2014 I think he should but I just can't see it myself. We'll stick with the usual dross. Vardy, Drinkwater, and Moore, and James should all have a chance. Isn't Michael Keane ahead of Moore in the pecking order for u21s? Think Matty James will have a fantastic year when he's back playing
