AS78UK Posted 15 March 2015 Posted 15 March 2015 Indications are they are here to stay. Hopefully some twatty ungrateful fans don't push them out...
fox766 Posted 15 March 2015 Posted 15 March 2015 They will stay I think and for all the money they have spent and invested in the club they have got richer in the last 12 months by £800 million why would we want anyone else at the minute. Ok they have made a few dodgy decisions i.e. Sven but on the whole quite happy with them being at the helm.
jonathan_ross Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Can't weally see it myself, not at least till the pawachute payments stop if we're not promoted first, just hope don't do a wolves and get welegated back to back.
Babylon Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Not sure why they would now, with FFP they can just run the club on what it earns and let it tick along for the next 100 years if they wished. They wouldn't need to keep pumping money in.
Callabinho Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 No, why put as much in as they have only to sell up after falling at the first real hurdle? It would be stupid to sell, King Power rose from the ashes pretty much, I think they've encountered many a set back in their careers already.
jimmeh Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Not sacking pearson is a sign they will sell up. Also only signing schwarzer and kramaric in January (kramaric technically on a loan deal) will be signing for chelsea in summer. He won't be in the squad vs chelsea for the doubters
jimmeh Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Also sacking the director of football and appointing academy bloke is another sign.
kane Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 a football club chairman can't make a profit from the club , its a rule
David Hankey Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Well it certainly wasn't in the Thai owner's plan to get Leicester City into the Premiership for just one season. With Pearson's inability to attract Premiership stock in the close season immediately after promotion and the owner's footballing naivety is it any surprise that we find ourselves in the position we're in?

cc_star Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 To get money out of the situation their lack of summer investment under Robinson created... they're going to have to go for promotion again... ie. invest more, or do a Blackpool & invest nothing while rinsing parachute payments Only one of those ways helps the King Power brand, which was the whole point of them doing all this in the first place.
