I swear they just make the rules up in this game.

 

Every Superbowl..."This has never happened before"

 

Then someone says "if team A didn't do that for team B, it's definitely a penalty for team A, you see, it's incomplete and the rules say thats a clear 1st down on the 25 and the receiver is penalised"
