Either you face facts as a manager or you commit professional suicide. I hope he's under no illusions this time. I hope he doesn't feel he cannot fathom why we are tumbling down the table. Just a reminder to be doubly sure of what to aim for: a) No-one out of position. b) No-one who is unfit. c) Pace at full back. d) Pace in central defence. e) People who can pass the ball. f) Box to box attacking midfielder g) In-form/fit/confident strikers h) Close support for all in possession. i) Sufficient goals threat. j) Inspiring managerial leadership.
