It'll take a week or two still, there are legal whatjimecallits that need dealing with and periods of time that need to elapse, but it should (touch wood, fingers crossed, cross myself) be sorted by the Burnley match... at the moment neither Milan nor LCFC are allowed to say anything becuase of the advanced stage of the take over (as i understand it), but word is that things are still ticking over nicley... B195 Posted 28 November 2006 Share Posted 28 November 2006 ive been a big defender of Kelly but our situation is starting to worry me. The Hume substitution was a joke, the one player we have who has been scoring and he is brought off with 20 mins to go when we are 2-1 down. We dont have a midfield and even our defence which has been pretty solid the season so far is begining to look shaky. I know there is no money to spend but the midfield really needs sorting out and fast as this is what is losing us the games. I too like Kelly and am sure given the time would be a very good manager for us. Really its just a matter of whether we can afford to wait on him getting it together. Tommeh Posted 28 November 2006 Share Posted 28 November 2006 Like most people I'm still willing to support him as I would any manager especially after he basically saved us last season and we all obviously thank him for that, but certainly depending on the sheff wed result and when the takeover can be completed his time is going to be limited.
